Het hotel ligt midden in het centrum. In een prachtig pand. Je wordt hartelijk ontvangen en het personeel is echt super aardig. Er heerst een heerlijke gemoedelijkheid. Dat maakt het hotel super relaxt. Je moet geen luxe verwachten. Maar deze zakelijkheid, die je in andere hotels vind, daar geven wij niets om. Ervaring is belangrijker. Wij gaan zeker terug.

El peor hotel en el que he estado nunca, nos cobraron 542€ por 2 noches. Con este precio te esperas que te hagan las camas y te arreglen la habitación, cosa que no sucedió, moquetas sucias , en la cama individual no se podía dormir y un espejo roto en el pasillo con el peligro que eso supone, sin contar que tuvimos que dejar el coche a 2 km de distancia. Una inspección sanitaria no la supera. No tengo palabras para describir lo mal que estuvimos.

La prestation fut plus que médiocre.
J’attribue tout de même la note de 1 pour l’accueil de la jeune hôtesse, qui malgré tous ces efforts n’a rien pu faire pour gérer notre insatisfaction.

1 – Nous avons payé à notre arrivée, donc avant de découvrir ce qui suit. Chose à ne pas faire, puisque nous n’avions plus aucun recours.

2 – A notre entrée dans la chambre, nous avons pu constater que celle-ci était déjà occupée.
Après environ ¾ d’heure de négociation, la responsable nous a finalement trouvé une chambre de remplacement : une annexe, au RDC, dans une cours intérieure, donc soumise aux bruits des occupants de l’hôtel.
Cette annexe était beaucoup plus petite, avec une salle de bain minuscule (1 douche en guise de baignoire – prestation prévue initialement), dans un état de propreté et de vétusté inadmissible (moquette, rideaux, porte de la salle de bain cassée ce qui permettait à mon conjoint allongé sur le lit de me contempler à 70cm de lui sur les toilettes…).

3 – Et pour clore le tout, au moment de nous coucher, nous avons pu constater que le linge de lit (lit + linge stocké dans l’armoire), n’avait pas été remplacé. C’en était trop !
A 22h30, un jeune garçon qui n’avait sans doute jamais fait un lit de sa vie, m’a apporté des draps propres, et m’a aider à les mettre en place.
Nous avons alors convenu avec l’hôtesse, qu’elle ferait le nécessaire auprès de son responsable pour nous dédommager.
Le lendemain, elle m’a remis la somme de 10€, soit la différence de prix entre la chambre réservée à 105€, et cette fameuse annexe à 95€.
Tous les autres problèmes semblent pour le responsable de cet hôtel ne pas être de sa responsabilité, puisqu’il n’a fait aucun geste pour nous dédommager.
