Sehr gutes und beliebtes Café. Daher muss man etwas Geduld aufbringen zum bestellen und bezahlen. Ca. 1h30 vor Ladenschluss war die Bedienung etwas unfreundlich und die Auswahl an der Theke lückenhaft. Man sollte besser früher am Nachmittag oder am Morgen dorthin.

Nous nous sommes visiblement fait servir (au comptoir) par une étudiante dont le respect pour la clientèle est assez limité... Si l'on pose des questions par rapport à ce que nous pouvons manger (au niveau de notre santé) nous nous faisons prendre de haut...et le fait qu'il n' y a pas un seul met un peu plus léger.. dans la vitrine (sans beurre ou sans sauce ou sans mayonnaise..) semble nous faire passer pour des gens non désirés...... La cuisine ne servait plus de chaud à 13h50... Peu de choix, sommes repartis....
Un peu de diversité dans votre assortiment, d'innovation (et d'ouverture d'esprit..) que diable!

Délicieux roulé à la cannelle et chocolat chaud juste parfait. En plus servi avec un verre d’eau sans supplément. Serveuse très aimable.

Food was good. Good amount of flies in the eating area which distracted from enjoying food. The key is to order everything initially. If you try to get the waitress attention after initial order she will not revisit your table again to check on you.

Overall great location and decent breakfast menu for American travelers.

I have travelled the world extensively over 40 years. I ate at all restaurants ranging from pop & mom’s to Michelin three stars. This is my honest review of the tea room Zurcher in Montreux. Held by a family person of the same name and as a tea room dating back from end of 19th century, it is not an overstatement to say this one is well established. The brunch formula - while nothing sort of creative - provides for a typical french breakfast/brunch for decent price with pastries, jam, eggs (your choice), bircher muesli, a hot drink and a small freshly squeezed orange juice. We took some additional pastries which were very good. There are various underground parkings and street parkings nearby. Price is around CHF 40 per person for the brunch.

Très bon accueil ainsi que le service.
Bon rapport qualité-prix.
Les chocolats chauds sont très bons.
Il est possible aussi de manger des sandwiches et autre alimentation salée.

I've always known this place serves great pastries even though the service is sometimes of a lesser quality.
But today I stopped for lunch, which for a pastry shop was of a very good quality. Lamb chops! Delicious.
We are in Montreux, so I was not surprised that the meal, water and coffee cost me a couple of francs more than it would have in Sion, but at 31.50sfr, ok-ish
