My husband and I stayed here as a part of our 2 week Italy honeymoon, and our only regret is that we didn’t give Sorrento/this hotel longer! We loved Hotel Central Wellness and look forward to returning!

Hotel pulito comodo, colazione abbondante, situato in una zona comoda per visitare la costiera , o prendere la circumvesuviana per la zona verso Napoli.Noi abbiamo noleggiato scooter li vicino e i ragazzi della reception sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili per ogni richiesta. Consiglio vivamente.

Staff preparato, accogliente e sempre sorridente.Al mio arrivo il portiere del turno di notte è stato impeccabile, molto bravo e professionale, grazie ancora :)
Garage a pagamento molto comodo.
Colazione ottima con ampia scelta tra dolce e salato.
Distanza dal centro circa 10 minuti a piedi(passo veloce) Sconsigliato l'uso della propria macchina, trovare un posto a Sorrento è veramente difficile.
Albergo pulitissimo, camera spaziosa, luminosa e sempre profumata!
Consigliatissimo!

The hotel is nice and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have a small bar in the lobby, an on-site site fitness center, pool and they offer massages, etc. It's located 15 mins from the center of the city by foot.

We had a great experience at this place, it’s clean and quiet. The breakfast was great and their staff are very welcoming. The receptionist Lucia is an extraordinary person: very knowledgeable, friendly and clear. We had to leave the hotel at 6 am, they prepared us breakfast boxes to take with us on the road. They surprisingly never asked us to review them.

A 15 minutes à pied du centrede Sorrente. Parking (payant) disponible sur place. Chambre calme avec vue mer et personnel très accueillant !

Superbe terrasse, avec vue sur la mer, au dernier étage avec la possibilité d’y prendre un verre.

My daughter and I stayed here in August. This hotel is great. The staff are the most professional and polite hotel staff we have come across. The hotel is only a few moments walk into town, the pool is great, we got lunch by the pool one afternoon and it was delicious. The rooms are lovely, ask for one at back of hotel, a little quieter. Breakfast has everything you want. The spa and hotel in general is spotless. If you are looking for a base to go sightseeing, excursions and ramble into town at night, you won’t find more reasonable. However, this hotel does not provide night time entertainment, you can get a drink but the bar is in the lobby. This didn’t bother us, we were out and about or relaxing in our room. Highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel is on a really busy road. Rooms facing the road are very noisy, the room walls are paper thin, so once one person is up all is. Rooms are really clean, towels are changed daily.
Breakfast not the best not the worst. Pool area / gym really good.

We stayed in July 2023, Our tour company changed our initial hotel to this one. We were not happy at first, BUT the kind staff were very welcoming and made us feel comfortable.
We would like to specially thank LUCIA- FRANCESCA-ROBERTA in reception and guest relations as well as CATERINA in dining.

This level of hospitality is what truly remains in your mind/heart and makes the experience more special. We appreciate you all and can't wait to come visit again.

We recommend Hotel Central to everyone staying in Sorrento.

Very nice hotel with clean rooms, great service and a good location. The receptionist even gave us printed bus, ferry and train schedules and guides to the Amalfi coast.

Parking is free, although it's a bit tight if you have a big car.

The breakfast was exceptional with fast and attentive service.

Hotel 15 minute walk to town, great gym and pool which is unusual to have. Rooms are small but nice, the staff are excellent - €20 per day to park car at the hotel

We were very pleased with the hotel. The hotel is located 11 minute walk from Sorrento station and 14 minute walk from the main shopping street. The way to the hotel is relatively flat, so we could bring our big luggage fairly easily, some parts of the pavement are very narrow though. The room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed. The staffs were all friendly and helpful. They have a pool, gym and spa but we didn’t have time to use them. There are also many good restaurants nearby and a 24h laundromat. It is also near the Spiaggia La Marinella, which is a beautiful beach by the cliff.
