La cena è stata un’esperienza estremamente piacevole.
In un ambiente elegante e intimo un servizio impeccabile che ci ha accompagnati attraverso i piatti dello chef Gramaglia.
Il percorso degustazione era molto vario, ricercato e capace di combinare un’estetica efficace a dei piatti colmi di storia e tradizione.
Grande attenzione anche nella proposta di soluzioni gluten free per la mia ragazza, estremamente curate e gustose.
Da replicare assolutamente qualora se ne ripresentasse l’occasione.

In occasione del compleanno del mio fidanzato abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo pranzo domenicale in famiglia presso il ristorante stellato President. In un ambiente chic, raffinato con pochi e curatissimi tavoli, abbiamo scelto il menù Viaggio e ci siamo innamorati di ogni portata; ci siamo goduti grazie allo chef Gramaglia ed il suo cordiale e preparato team un percorso di sapori ricercati, bilanciati e gustosi. Ci siamo saziati nello stomaco e nello spirito.
Particolarmente apprezzata la disponibilità di venire incontro alle esigenze alimentari di mia madre modificando leggermente i piatti per accontentarla, non lo dimenticherà sicuramente come anche noi nel vederla così felice.
Grazie allo chef per averci deliziato anche a fine pasto con la descrizione della sua filosofia culinaria.
Comodo l’ampio slargo vicino per il parcheggio.

La qualité du repas était inégale, tant au niveau des goûts que des textures. Certains plats étaient délicieux, d'autres mal équilibrés (le tacos spongieux au goût de mayonnaise par exemple). Le dessert en particulier nous a laissés perplexes (insipide et désagréable en bouche).
Le prix élevé (140€ par personne hors boisson) serait adapté pour un menu de niveau étoilé sans aucun bémol, mais il nous a semblé ici excessif.
De plus, après avoir fait part de nos impératifs (train à prendre), nous avons été orientés vers le choix du menu le plus long, mais aucun effort n'a été fait pour nous permettre d'être à l'heure et nous avons raté notre train.
Une grande déception pour ce que nous pensions être le point d'orgues culinaire de nos vacances : nous avons eu de bien meilleures expériences dans des restaurants en apparence plus modestes.

Il personale è stato super accogliente e di una gentilezza unica dall'inizio alla fine del nostro percorso. Ogni piatto veniva presentato nel minimo dettaglio, dagli accostamenti dei sapori presenti, fino alla storia di ciascun piatto che rappresentavano il viaggio dello chef in giro per il mondo. Inutile soffermarsi sulla qualità delle portate in quanto per un ristorante stellato questo è il minimo che ci si aspetta. Ultima nota positiva riguarda la gentilezza dello chef gramaglia, che al termine della cena è venuto al tavolo per scambiare due chiacchiere con noi, dimostrandosi una persona veramente fantastica. Ovviamente il prezzo non è accessibile a tutti, ma in un ristorante del genere la qualità la fa da padrona, quindi è giusto pagare per l'esperienza che viene proposta.

Il locale è elegante sobrio. Il menù 'Il viaggio' rappresenta un'esperienza sublime e la presentazione dei piatti unisce all'estasi del gusto una percezione visiva eccellente. La qualità è di alto livello. Il servizio impeccabile, gentile, accogliente e caloroso.

I had the best experience in this restaurant. The food was amazing and special. The service was excellent and at the end of the meal the chef approached us and he was so kind and nice and we enjoyed every second there. The best experience by far. My favorite dish was the seabed grouper.

Really great tasting menu + wine pairing experience. All of the food was beautifully presented. The staff is attentive and so genuine. The chef even came out at the end of our meal to chat! Def a great night to remember in Italy.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I’m not a foodie by any stretch and if you or you are not a foodie PLEASE try Chef Paola’s tasting menu it will change your life! Yes, that sounds like hyperbole and I can only report my experience. Chef Paolo more than catered to my Vegan options he opened up my palate to incredible flavors! The service was equally as phenomenal as the food. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE book a reservation you will not be disappointed and it will be more than worth the cost!! Thank you Chef Paolo l!!

My mom, dad, husband and 2 year old daughter enjoyed an unforgettable lunch. We were met with the most gracious reception and the staff provided the most impeccable service throughout our lunch. The chef, Palio Gramaglia, prepared the most delicious multi-course meal for us to enjoy and the staff recommended beautiful wine to complement the dishes. The food, service and ambiance was perfection.
We’ve had the pleasure of dining at over a dozen Michelin star restaurants over the past few years and since having my daughter, who is 2 years old, it has become increasingly difficult to find a Michelin star restaurant that welcomes young kids. When I contacted Ristorante President Pompei to make the reservation and ask if they accept toddlers, they said she was more than welcome and would be their most treasured guest of the day. They did not over promise. They made her a custom meal she could enjoy, graciously assisted us with her care, and truly went above and beyond to make her and therefore us adults feel comfortable and welcome.

Globalement très déçu de cette expérience. Le rapport qualité prix n'est pas bon. A ce prix, on s'attend à une expérience hors du commun. Il n'en est rien. Les saveurs sont banales, pas vraiment recherchées. On ne décolle pas ! Par contre, tout l'apparat est présent dans la présentation des plats. C'est de véritables histoires que la serveuse vous narre en servant chacun d'entre eux. C'est un peu surjoué. Et cela fait "flop" une une fois en bouche. Les desserts sont eux aussi très décevants et en deçà de ce qui est attendu pour un restaurant étoilé. J'ai également était très surprise, dans le mauvais sens du terme, par l'arrivée en fin de repas d'un carrousel à bonbons Haribo !! (oui, oui) "Retour en enfance" nous a t'on dit !! Là, vraiment je n'ai pas compris... Payer 110 € pour finir sur des bonbons Haribo dans un étoilé, c'est juste pas possible. J'aime les Haribo, mais vraiment pas dans ce contexte .... Je déconseille le Président

Highly recommend!! If you are ever in Campania go on there culinary historical adventure of Pompeii and the local region! Your tastebuds will thank you! They were so welcoming and shared with us their passion of regional food, however with the chief Paulo’s exquisite creations! The wine pairings are a must too!

Vanaf het begin dat we binnenkwamen, werden we in de watten gelegd. Zij waren heel dankbaar dat wij er waren. De amuses waren van hoog niveau, dus de verwachting werd groot.
Zij hebben ruim aan die verwachting voldaan! De gerechtjes waren mooi en zeer smakelijk. Daarbij wisten ze bij elk gerechtje te vertellen wat de geschiedenis van het eten en Pompei was. Het eten werd begeleid door uitstekende wijnen.
Na afloop kwam Paolo vragen welk gerechtje we het lekkerst vonden. Voor mij was dat de buikspek, voor mijn vrouw was het de ceviche. Toen wij vroegen welke hijzelf het lekkerst vond, kwam hij aan tafel zitten en hebben we lekker gepraat over zijn eten en motivatie.
Dit is een restaurant waar de kwaliteit en passie duidelijk aanwezig is. Het was een heerlijke avond.

Très bonne cuisine, créative, d’inspiration locale avec de bons produits locaux, aux quantités très justement dosées.
L’ensemble manque juste d’un peu de pep’s.
L’accueil, et la déco manquent un peu de chaleur. La devanture mériterait un petit coup de jeune. Il faut passer outre.
C’est un restaurant que je conseille à tous ceux qui aiment la cuisine et le voyage.
