3 jours merveilleux dans cet hôtel qui a une façade discrète mais qui est parfaitement situé à 2 pas du Duomo et du Palazio Vecchio. Le service est haut de gamme et attentionné avec des chambres (suite) "chics", confortables avec une grande salle de bain. Le personnel est très à l'écoute, on se sent vite chez soi dans ce "petit" hôtel. Service d'étage au top, la chambre était toujours comme si on venait d'arriver. On voyage beaucoup mais cet hôtel mérite un excellent avis.

The staff at San Firenze Suites & SPA are fantastic, they look after you and are always ready to help with anything you need. Great hotel in one of the best locations to see Florence, it’s just steps away from everything.

This is one of the best boutique hotels we've ever stayed! The location is very central to the main tourist sites, the rooms are very well designed and upkept, and the service from the staff at the front desk is impeccable. Everyone was so helpful and responsive booking us taxis, getting us reservations, etc. There are some, but limited, breakfast options for those with Celiac disease, and you can order eggs if you want hot food instead of the prepackaged pastries they offer. The spread for gluten-eaters looked nice (European-style breakfast buffet). This is the second time we've stayed here and will absolutely continue to make this our go-to hotel when we are in Florence!

Abbiamo trascorso due notti in questo meraviglioso hotel posizionato nel centro di Firenze. La camera molto bella, accogliente e anche recentemente ristrutturata; la pulizia e l’igiene non mancano all’interno della struttura. Sicuramente, però, la cordialità e la gentilezza del personale hanno contribuito a rendere il nostro soggiorno ancora più confortevole. In conclusione, è un posto dove ritornerei molto volentieri!

Our stay here with our family was quite nice. The staff were the best part. They were so kind, so friendly, and so accommodating. We needed to stay an extra night and they helped us transfer rooms without any hassle and without having to ask, so that was greatly appreciated! They had a baby cot set up for us upon arrival, and made great recommendations of some places we could eat at that weren't just tourist traps. So 5/5 would stay here again for the staff. The rooms were mostly very nice. It did get a bit noisy at night. Overall, the bedrooms and sitting areas were clean, but the bathrooms were a bit musty. I think perhaps some of the rooms are still being renovated, but the two we were in seemed to have a bit of a moldy scent in the bathroom and more buildup than we would've liked in the showering area. All to say, the staff and the location made it a wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful hotel located in the historic Center, close of all points of interest. The front desk staff is professional and very friendly, doing their best for our satisfaction. At our arrival, we had the good surprise to be upgraded to a luxurious Executive room for our special occasion. We were touched by their kind attention. Complimentary snacks & soft drinks offered and refilled each day if rooms booked directly through the hotel website, what we did.
Good various breakfast selections for all tastes.

We stayed at San Firenze for our anniversary trip and it was a fantastic experience. If you want to stay in the heart of Florence, I cannot imagine a better location - a piazza with several nice cafes, great views, and close proximity to Il Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, the museums, and more. The staff is also A+, and I've never worked with more attentive or helpful concierge staff. Lastly, the rooms (we stayed in two) were beautiful, and surprisingly quiet given the location. We will definitely be back - a presto!

This is a fantastic hotel for anyone looking to enjoy the most of Florence. The location is unsurpassed for visiting historic sites. And some of the rooms (like the Presidential Suite) offer amazing views of the skyline from its terrace. Add in a friendly and knowledgeable staff for even more enjoyment. Highly recommended and would stay again!

Hotel posto in una posizione strategica affaccia su piazza S.Firenze che rimane a pochi passi da Piazza della Signoria. Dista circa 15-20 minuti a piedi dalla stazione S.Maria Novella.
Hotel signorile, elegante e accogliente. Personale alla reseption molto gentile, accogliente e disponibile. Abbiamo alloggiato in una Luxury Suite con affaccio su piazza S.Firenze. La stanza è molto luminosa, ampia e confortevole. Ottimi i servizi, la signora delle pulizie è passata anche in tardo pomeriggio a cambiarci gli asciugamani. Colazione a buffet varia con prodotti di qualità.
