L’Alberghetto è un piccolo gioiello sul Lago.
La stanza luminosa e confortevole, arredata in stile antico ma non pesante. Sulle scale aperte che portano alle stanze, per come sono arredate, si ha la sensazione di sentirsi ospite nel calore di una casa più che un albergo .
La conduzione è famigliare, la Signora Paola sempre sorridente e cordiale e il marito chef fa piatti eccezionali .
La colazione è abbondante e non manca la torta di mele fatta in casa
La vista dalla stanza e dal terrazzo è spettacolare e le spiagge di sassi adiacenti permettono la discesa immediata al lago .
Ritorneremo sicuramente !

Dieses kleine, feine Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert. Unbezahlbar ist die Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft von Martha, Giacomo und ihren Eltern. Am liebsten würde man für immer bei ihnen einziehen und Teil des Familienbetriebs werden.
Die Zimmer sind gemütlich, geräumig und sauber. Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse direkt am See ist das Beste, das ich je erlebt habe: Jeden Morgen gibt es frisch gebackenes Brot und ofenwarmen Kuchen gekrönt mit einem traumhaften Blick über den See auf Bellagio und Varenna. Strategisch liegt das Haus perfekt: Nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß zur Schiffsanlegestelle. Zur Villa Carlotta läuft man auch nur wenige Minuten.
Schade, dass man nur 5 Sterne vergeben kann. Dieser Sehnsuchtsort mit seinen wunderbar herzlichen und fröhlichen Betreibern hätte mindestens 10 Sterne verdient.
PS: Fast unnötig zu erwähnen, dass das Restaurant genauso toll, lecker und besonders ist. Unbedingt besuchen und die Zeit genießen!

Welcome to my review for Hotel La Marianna, a hidden gem nestled on the stunning shores of Lake Como, Italy. As we embarked on a scenic 90-minute drive from Park Hyatt Milan, the anticipation grew with each passing mile. Our online research had left us in awe of the hotel's private lake terrace, boasting the most breathtaking views we could imagine.

Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted by the son of the family, who made us feel instantly at home. The genuine hospitality and personalized attention were heartwarming, setting the tone for an extraordinary stay. Stepping into our room, we were rendered speechless by the unreal beauty that unfolded before our eyes. The expansive windows showcased panoramic views of Lake Como that seemed straight out of a dream.

The hotel's ambiance was steeped in history and charm. Adorning the walls were the father's incredible photographs, capturing moments from the 1950s to the 1970s. It was like stepping back in time, and we couldn't help but appreciate the artistry and nostalgia that surrounded us.

One of our favorite spots in the hotel was the lounge room, where a classic guitar beckoned us to unwind. Soft, relaxing melodies played in the background, creating the perfect backdrop for peaceful moments of reflection. It was a haven of tranquility, allowing us to fully embrace the essence of Lake Como.

Choosing Hotel La Marianna in Cadenabbia over the more popular towns of Bellagio and Varenna turned out to be a brilliant decision. The town offered a serene and authentic experience, away from the bustling crowds. A short 7-minute walk, approximately 500 meters, led us to the ferry port, granting us easy access to explore the enchanting neighboring towns and their wonders.

As we had chosen to drive, the hotel's provision of free parking was a true convenience. Knowing that our car was securely parked allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the delights of Lake Como without any worries.

Our time at Hotel La Marianna was nothing short of magical. From the captivating beauty of Lake Como to the warm embrace of the family-owned hotel, every moment was a treasure to be cherished. Aperto nel 1850 come locanda, è ora gestita dalla famiglia Valentini dal 2001.
Il titolare definisce il suo ristorante "non democratico" in quanto il menù è fisso e a rotazione mensile con prodotti stagionali biologici, anche provenienti dagli orti Biologici di Villa Carlotta.
Oggi ho degustato Vol-au-vent di caponata, tagliolini al ragù dell'aia, roastbeef alla moschettiera e tartufo semifreddo.
Buona qualità e piatti abbondanti.
La Marianna propone il mercoledì un interessante menù della nonna, in specifico ricette del lago ormai dimenticate tra le quali Trota alla Comacina, zuppa d'imbroglio e come dessert torta di pane.
Il giovedì menù vegetariano mentre Il venerdì è a base di pesce.
Si consiglia la prenotazione con richiesta del menù giornaliero in quanto non vi è la possibilità di effettuare richieste alternative.

L’hotel è semplice e datato e avrebbe sicuramente bisogno di una “rivisitata”, ma l’accoglienza e la disponibilità dei titolari, compensano alla grande!
Il proprietario è stato carinissimo e, considerati i miei problemi alimentari, mi ha fatto preparare per la colazione una torta senza cannella!
Avevo scoperto questo hotel-ristorante grazie a una puntata di “Quattro Ristoranti” e me lo ero segnato più per il ristorante che per l’hotel. Per cena abbiamo però deciso di andare in un altro posto perché il ristorante ha un menù giornaliero fisso e quella sera i piatti erano poco compatibili con i miei problemi alimentari (per via delle spezie che non posso mangiare).

Accueil très chaleureux par un personnel au petit soin et de plus polyglotte. Le cadre est idyllique avec une magnifique vue depuis la terrasse où l'on prend le petit déjeuner et le dîner. La cuisine y est excellente, ambiance familiale et avec une vraie identité par rapport aux autres restaurants italiens que l'on a pu faire durant le séjour. Aucune hésitation sur cet hébergement pour des vacances réussies.

Herrliche Aussicht auf denn See in Richtung Belaggio.
Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, welches auf individuelle Wünsche wie Vegi eingeht. Spricht I/E und Menu auch suf D erhältlich.

My husband and I greatly enjoyed our stay here! Giacomo (I hope I spelled that correctly, my apologies) gave us the best customer service we’ve ever received! The hotel was cute, the patio across offers beautiful views! Not to mention the homemade jelly they offered during breakfast was super delicious. We highly recommend this place!

Delightful place to stay directly across the road from Lake Como. Enjoy a wonderful complimentary breakfast on the patio on the lake. The restaurant is truly wonderful. However, the true joy of the place is the family that runs it. Everything is clean, and if you want to experience great Italian hospitality, this is the place.
