We stayed here over Easter 2024 for 4 nights and couldn’t be more happy. The location is right at the little harbour of Manarola, one of the 5 beautiful villages if Cinque Terre. Room No.9 is a roof top junior suite with a lovely terrace and al windows facing the ocean. It’s in the 4th floor and the stairs keep you fit!
The staff is amazing, very friendly, breakfast outstanding: very good Italian coffe, fresh fruit salad, pancakes, eggs, homemade jam, croissants…whatever your heart is longing for. The restaurant recommendations for dinner were very good.
Also we got very good recommendations for our daily hikes in the area of Cinque Terre. Would definitely come back and stay here again. Thank you so much for making our Cinque Terre Holiday 10/10! Christian & Torsten, Berlin/Germany

Siamo stati benissimo! La famiglia che lo gestisce è molto accogliente e si preoccupa di rendere agevole la tua vacanza: consigli su dove mangiare, sui sentieri, su come muoversi. La colazione di Jessica è superlativa. La posizione fantastica: praticamente sulla Marina di Manarola e a due passi dalla stazione. Le stanze molto accoglienti, il bagno moderno e molto bello. Da tornarci!

Superbe séjour début décembre avec l'hôtel seul pour nous. Accueil très chaleureux. Beau temps et belles ballades avec très peu de monde sur les sentiers magnifiques. Emplacement idéal pour découvrir les Cinque Terre.

Tres bel endroit. Hôtel très bien placé et chambres propres. Mais surtout le personnel est aux petits soins c’est très agréable et le petit déjeuner est excellent! Je recommande vivement cet hôtel

As an avid traveler there are a handful of places that leave a mark on your heart, this hotel is one of them. Alberto and the rest of the staff are helpful and kind. They will go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. They answered all my questions and made good suggestions about activities and restaurants in the area. A good day starts with a good breakfast; in this aspect they did not disappoint. They have made to order coffee, pancakes, eggs, and a buffet spread.
I stayed in the junior suites, room 9, and it was exquisite. The windows had a view of the ocean and sunset, the patio has a beautiful view of the colorful houses and ocean. You have to take the stairs to the 4th floor, but it was worth it for the views. I can't recommend this hotel enough. Cinque terre is a magical place and staying in this beautiful hotel in Manarola added a lot to that magical experience.

After a long morning of visit, we ended at the restaurant of Marina Piccola, in front of the harbor, late.
Even with exhausted staff, the welcome was warm and the service nice.
Good food and good wine in front of the see.

Amazing staff, location, building environment and service.
Whatever I am able to write will fall short of the beautiful experience this place is willing to provide to the guests.
Donatella, Jessica and Alberto make your stay a pleasant and adorable one. Their friendliness and kindness match perfectly with the cozy atmosphere at that place, from the furniture to the delicious breakfast.
We are dying to come back.

Wish I could give them 6 stars! Wonderful hotel, wonderful owners. Room was large, lots of storage space, bathroom counters were large, shower was excellent. The owner (wife) made us fresh eggs and pancakes (delightfully tasty) every morning. The husband even volunteered to carry our bags to the train station (many stairs to get to the platform) when I asked if there was someone who could do that. I had to force him to take money for doing so. Great location in the middle of things, close to the sea, and close to several restaurants. Cheers to a great family-owned hotel!!!!

This hotel is a gem. its staff is amazing.
They make you feel at home.
The design, the decoration, the concept... it's wonderful.
The breakfast!!!
Oh lordy.
Our stay there was absolutely delightful.

This hotel is just perfect: it’s location, rooms, breakfast and decor. The owners are hands- on and were so attentive to our family. The daily breakfast is delicious! Jessica made dinner reservations and even packed a take away breakfast for us on the day of our departure. I highly recommend this hotel !

The owners were very nice, always very helpful and kind. He even took our heavy suitcase to the station, that was an incredible gesture. Breakfast was great!

Absolutely loved our stay here! The service is fantastic. When we arrived early they stored our luggage and then prepared our room early, even taking our luggage to our room! Room and bathroom are spacious with great air conditioning.

Super clean and new property. Beautiful design, delicious breakfast, extremely attentive and helpful service. Alberto was very welcoming and helpful with dinner reservation. The best possible location in Manarola, right in the city center, 5 minutes walk from the train station (without stairs). Convenient even with luggage. Definitely recommend it to everyone. I went through so many hotels reviews and selected this hotel and it is definitely a gem 5/5 ????
