Hotel muy agradable. El baño un poco pequeño y en la ducha no cabe una persona grande.
El desayuno bueno y el personal muy simpático.
Lo peor de todo el ascensor. No tiene memoria y como no estés todo el rato con el dedo puesto no hay manera de cogerlo.

4 stelle sono regalate, camere piccole rumorose ed umide con vista su muri, pulizia appena sufficiente, prezzi eccessivi per l’offerta proposta. Unica nota positiva la posizione. C’è da lavorare !!!

I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and I got my airpods stolen in my room, I clearly remember that I left them on the nightstand and when I came back from a walk they were gone.
I complained to the reception and they did not give me a response nor did they try to investigate who entered in my room to clean it.
I am disappointed with the hotel's response and lack of understanding. I would not stay there again and I don’t recommend this please to stay.

Ottima posizione per questo business hotel nel centro di La Spezia. Possibilita' di parcheggio esponendo il Pass. Buon buffet colazione e camere di giuste dimensioni e ottimo wifi. Check in e check out super veloce con personale molto amichevole

Hôte bien situé. Accueil et surtout personnel de service en salle très serviable et accueillant.
En revanche, ai séjourné dans cet hôtel 4 nuits. Ai dû dormir avec des bouchons d'oreilles et des oreillers sur la tête. Pour des vacances... !! Même tout ne peut pas être sous contrôle, un règlement intérieur doit exister.... L'hôtel est plus que bruyant dans les couloirs et ce dès tôt le matin....er ce n' est pas dû aux bruits extérieurs..

I recently stayed at the CDH Hotel La Spezia and was thoroughly impressed. The hotel's location was perfect, situated in the heart of La Spezia and just a short walk from the train station and the beautiful seafront promenade. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities one could need, including a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and a spacious bathroom.

The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes.

Overall, I would highly recommend the CDH Hotel La Spezia to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and relaxing stay in the heart of La Spezia. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way and I would definitely return.

Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind super, der Rest leider nicht zu empfehlen. Garage ist 5 Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt, einzelne Parkplätze darin sind viel zu klein. Hotel und Hotelzimmer ist nicht mehr im besten Zustand. Zimmer riecht trotz vielen Lüftens stark nach Chlor. Würde das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen. Vergleichbar mit einem billigen Airbnb Zimmer.

La posizione è ottima. Il parcheggio se hai la fortuna di trovare il posto libero davanti alla reception è gratuito... Se no parcheggio privato a 12€. Poi con ascensore arrivi direttamente in centro. La stazione ferroviaria è a quindici venti minuti a piedi...
Colazione varia e ottima.
La camera è moderna, pulita e grande.
Unica cosa spiacevole é stato il materasso a molle durissimo che ha reso la nostra notte non proprio piacevole.

Struttura in posizione centrale, personale gentilissimo, accoglienza ottima!
Unico "problema", non dispone di ristorante interno e Parcheggio per l'auto!

Ci vengo per lavoro, la posizione centrale è comoda e le stanze sono piccole ma confortevoli. Anche lo staff mi ha dato una buona impressione. Unico neo è che l'ingresso su via XX settembre può risultare scomodo per caricare e scaricare.

Hotel je na odličnoj lokaciji. Ima vlastiti besplatni parking. Sobe su velike, uredne, čiste, ima šampon, kupka, fen, dosta ručnika, kreveti su udobni. Doručak je bogat ima sve što poželite. Osoblje je veoma ljubazno i uslužno, dali su nam sve informacije koje smo trebali. Vratit ćemo se opet.

Per essere un quattro stelle devi aspettarti cose da 4 stelle....camera e colazione non all'altezza!!!
L'unica cosa positiva è che sei in centro e vicino a tutto!!
