Located in the heart of buzzing Queen's Quarter, BaoBun showcases typical gourmet Taiwanese street food with plenty of vegan variations. Made out of fresh ingredients, dishes are cooked and baked in-house. The do-it yourself menu presents a wide range of exciting & fresh ingredients, consisting of Bao, a steamed soft dough, filled with the customer's choice of "Protein" base (varied options such as Teriyaki beef, Walnut Mushroom steak or Spiced Tofu are available) and then topped with a wide variety of garnish to awake your tastebuds (lime & coriander sauce, Asian Coleslaw, crispy chillied shallots...).
