Un escroc Jonathan Le Corre vs contacte pour un sejour gagne a Marrakech une semaine,il faut juste verser 517e pour 2 personnes, versement immediat qui part à Dubai,et par la suite une Maeva vs téléphone insultante etc...

Qui arnaquent des Francais
Pedimos la habitación "privilege" pensando que tendría cierta categoría y descansaríamos bien, pero para nada. La habitación es extremadamente pequeña, las ventanas no cierran, olía MUY MAL el desagüe, y el ascensor (creo que era eso) parecía que estaba dentro de la habitación del ruido que hacía.
Antes de hacer el check-in les contacté por Instagram preguntando si ellos nos podían hacer el cambio de moneda y me dijeron que sí sin problema, pero era mentira. Cerca hay un banco popular en el que pudimos hacer el cambio, por suerte. Pero encontramos de muy mal gusto dejarnos colgados con este tema.
No lo podemos recomendar.
On our February 25 arrival we a told to sit and tea and biscuits were brought to us. Then, we checked in.
Everybody there went out of their way to help us, especially the front desk manager. I asked how to work the air conditioner and three minutes later someone appeared at my room to explain. There was a small issue with my room (all rooms have them), and the front desk manager went out of his was to fix it. Everything I requested they reponded to fast and courteously. This hotel staff WANTS to make guests happy.
The hotel is on a pleasant street with every type of restaurant very close. The restaurants were not only close, they were good. It is located between the Kasbah and Guelize, each within walking distance.
My only word of caution is to avoid rooms with an inner door that connects to the next room. The door is not soundproof at all.
Staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Karim (manager)was especially welcoming.
L’accueil du personnel réception, service de chambre, pas terrible niveau politesse et sourire pas forcément au rendez-vous.
Omelette was not free.
Food was not bad but uninspired.
The staff are some of the most kind people I've seen.

Lovely well cleaned rooms with free safe and bathroom has hairdryer. Free wi-fi.
Has a pool but we didn’t use it in this visit.
There is an onsite restaurant but again we didn’t use it except at breakfast time.
Range of options for breakfast- cereal, cooked meats, cheeses, bread and hot cooked foods, the chef will also do eggs as you like them!
Odd music music mix at breakfast from live traditional musician to recorded / radio music.
Overall we had @ lovely stay!
Will be booking again.
