It would be perfect if the bed was a double bed not 2 single beds and the staff in reception were more accessible and polite.

Pleasant and quiet place for an affordable price. Nicely located near restaurants and transportation, even though not central. Staff should be nicer to each other.

Small room, with an odd odor inside, but it was good price - quality balance, and the location is perfect. Very nice staff!

Gostei bastante do atendimento, do quarto e da localização. Tinham a opção de café da manhã por 10 euros/pessoa, mas eu achei que não valia a pena. Tinha água, café e chá grátis no quarto.

nobody on any other review has mentioned the enormous construction site directly across from the hotel. Every morning at 8am there will be loud construction noises. Impossible to sleep past 8am.

Very BAD SERVICE. They cancelled my booking THE SAME DAY we were arriving. (27TH DECEMBER). It was VERY DIFFICULT THE SAME DAY TO FIND SOMETHING AFFORDABLE. They sent a message saying that "the price they offered in the web the day we booked it was INCORRECT".

Hotel en el que vale mucho la pena hospedarse, hotel super limpio,muy bien ubicado,el personal atento en todo momento, cuando vuelva a Lisboa no dudaré en hospedarme en el nuevamente.

My mother and her boyfriend had reservations at the hotel. I spoke with them a day before that I would arrive early morning to Lisbon and if they would have any waiting room where I can wait for my relatives to wake up, which they said I can wait in the lobby. When I arrived the next day and told this to the receptionist he said he couldn't find their rooms even though he has a unique name and wouldn't offer to wait in lobby as they told me over the phone. I had to spend two hours walking outside in the cold at 5:30 am.

“Mi estancia en este hotel fue excepcional. Desde el momento en que llegué, el personal fue increíblemente amable y servicial. Las habitaciones estaban impecables y cómodas, con unas vistas impresionantes.Además, la ubicación del hotel era perfecta, cerca de todas las atracciones principales. Muy buen hotel para venir con la familia a conocer Lisboa.
No esta en el centro, pero tiene el metro prácticamente en la puerta.
Habitaciones amplias y muy limpias. Baño igual de limpio con ducha grande.
Desayuno suficiente para una buena primera comida del dia.

É a quarta vez que fico nesse hotel pois costumava ser o meu favorito. Mas nessa última vez foi bem decepcionante. Chegamos e não tinha papel higiênico, tivemos q pedir. A geladeira não funciona (tive até q desligar da tomada porque ela é barulhenta e não funciona - e pelos demais comentários, isso já foi avisado e ninguém fez nada), não tinha coberta no armário e o telefone não funcionava para contatar a recepção pra pedir uma coberta, e o ralo do banho pelo jeito está a um fio de entupir completamente... Triste. Ainda bem q já tenho outra opção bem melhor na região.

Ottimo Hotel a Lisbona,vicinissimo all'ingresso della Metro di Saldhana da dove è possibile muoversi per tutta la città. Struttura ben organizzata,pulita,letto ultra comodo e personale alla colazione molto gentile.
Alla reception ci ha accolto Fabio un ragazzo molto simpatico che conosce anche l'italiano e così è stato più semplice.
Nelle immediate vicinanze abbiamo mangiato al Ristorante Italy cafè, ristorante italiano, dove abbiamo mangiato benissimo e speso il giusto.
Per muoversi consiglio la Vigem Card €6.80 con la quale puoi usufruire della metro,treni,elevatori, e bus per 24 h.

Hotel perfettamente al centro della città, a due passi dalla fermata metro di Saldanha dalla quale si raggiunge tutta Lisbona, lo stesso per le fermate degli autobus. Camere sempre pulite e fornite di tutti i comodi e gli accessori. Lo consiglio a chiunque cerchi una sistemazione veramente valida in città.
