You guys deserve 5 stars! You do not only have a beautiful and clean hotel, but your employees are top notch! Very friendly and well trained, always catered to our every need and had an eye for detail! The hotel has a carpark (for a price), which was very handy! We had a lovely stay!

Je recommande fortement cet hôtel. La localisation est idéale, les chambres sont très confortables, le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel (tant pour les plats que pour la vue). Mention particulière pour le personnel adorable et toujours souriant. Ils nous ont même fait la surprise d'offrir une bouteille et un gâteau pour fêter un anniversaire. Merci encore pour toutes ces petites attentions. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour au Lisboa Pessoa Hotel !

Perfect!!!
We booked the cheapest room for a week's stay and got the most luxurious room.

When we returned for another night, they surprised us with an exceptional room that includes a balcony overlooking the city and other luxurious surprises.

We definitely received exceptionally dedicated and pampering care.
Excellently located, quiet and accessible by transportation, restaurants and attractions.
Clean, available and kind. A rich and tasty varied breakfast.

It is recommended that those staying at the hotel on Friday go on the free interesting scholarly tour organized by the hotel "following the poet Ferdinand Pessoa".

The only problem is around the shower: a little outdated, and a little less comfortable than the rest of the hotel's facilities.

Without a doubt we will happily return to the hotel on our next stay in Lisbon. We received warm recommendations for the hotel and will continue to recommend it.

Incredibly impressed by the quality of the establishment but what really brought the Lisboa Pessoa Hotel to a different level was the degree of Service Attention. Yasoja, the manager of guest relations, is incredibly intricate and attentive and recognizes every guest after having seen them twice. We need more Hotels like this one with such an eye for talent and passion - Thanks a lot!

This opinion regards only bar on the rooftop which boasts an awesome view towards Castelho de Sao Jorge and Avenida Liberdade. We were lucky enough to book there in an early spring sunday afternoon so we neither face crowds or issues with the outside temperature. Service is tip top and drinks list quite large. Indeed a place for people looking for higher standard of quality. Warmly recommended.

Amazing service, view! I love the scent of this hotel. The spa with hot sauna and pool is so nice and relaxing. I also like the library where I can do my work remotely. The only compliant is the height of chair in the library by the desk is too short

I was expecting high prices but to have them accompanied with miniscule pours is just plain sad.

The hotel staff (particularly Yasoja and Fernando) did an awesome job to create a calming atmosphere from the moment we arrived (crucial after a long day of travel to get to Lisbon from the US). Our time there was brief but each time we popped into the lobby Yasoja was there with a smile and recommendations (he seemed to be there around the clock!). The hotel was located in a cool area with plenty of restaurants nearby, would highly recommend.

This is my second time staying at Lisboa Pessoa Hotel and really enjoyed my stay again. The location is excellent, the breakfast is amazing - so much to choose from and the food/menu at the restaurant is top quality. The gym and the spa facilities are also excellent! The staff are welcoming and polite and the service is great. I have to say a big big thank you to Yasoja!! I came in August 2023 and again this year from 13-15 Feb and he recognised me straight away and welcomed me back. Yasoja is so genuinely kind, approachable and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was as comfortable as it could be. He always gives good recommendations of where to visit/eat and always says hello and makes conversation. Thank you to the hotel but especially to Yasoja for all your help and making me feel so welcomed. I will definitely visit again soon! :-).
