Gutes Mittelklassehotel sauber und gepflegt freundliches Personal, allerdings ist der frühstücksraum sehr klein und es kommt gelegentlich zu Wartezeiten, etwas laut beim Frühstück, Auswahl für uns völlig ausreichend. Es gab von allem etwas, immer wieder wurde nachgelegt und aufgefüllt. Kaffee aus Automaten mit frischen Bohnen, Säfte eher nicht so lecker viel zu süß und kommen aus dem tetra Park.
Alles in allem Gutes hotel sehr zentral gelegen alles zu Fuß erreichbar. 15 min zu Fuß vom Bahnhof entfernt.
Wir würden das hotel wieder buchen.

Very nice place. Tidy and clean rooms, good breakfast and location is great - you can explore the whole old town by walking with ease. Special mention goes to 7th floor terrace, great place to have one beer in the evening and admire the Prague at night.

Nagyon elégedettek voltunk. Csajos hétvégén voltunk, amihez tökéletesen passzolt a reggeli pezsgő, amivel vártak a reggelinél. Utóbbi szintén pazar volt, óriási valasztékkal. A szoba kifogástalanul tiszta és csendes, az ágy kényelmes. A recepción a hölgyek nagyon kedvesek voltak, ahogyan az egész városban is mindenütt. Minden sétatábolságra. Napközben akár vissza is lehet sétálni egy cipőcserére vagy hasonló Még visszatértünk.

Just got back from a 3 night stay here and thoroughly enjoyed it. Beautiful hotel decorated in art deco style. Our Superior room on the 5th floor was spotlessly clean, had a huge comfortable bed and a modern stylish bathroom. Our room was serviced every day which was lovely and the staff were all very friendly and polite. The hotel staff were happy to store our luggage on our last day due to a late flight home. The hotel is in a great location, five minutes walk from Wenceslas Square. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby and 10 mins from the beautiful old town. Breakfast served from 6:30am to 11am and there’s a great choice for everyone. There’s a lovely bar in the foyer to enjoy a drink with a good choice of drinks, and guests enjoy 10% off.

Great value for high quality accommodation. Very professional and friendly service for anything we needed. Washing facilities were a decent walk away though, wish they could be available inside.

Hotel quattro stelle in una tranquilla strada del centro. I receptionist non spiccano per simpatia ma sono molto professionali. Standard di sicurezza alti perché di notte ed in qualsiasi momento, serve la tessera della camera per accedere alla struttura. Ottima colazione variegata, dolce e salato. Il frigobar in camera è vuoto. La nostra stanza aveva la moquette e nonostante questo, era molto pulita. Le pulizie però non vengono effettuate subito, siamo tornate in camera intorno alle 14.00 e non erano ancora state sistemate. Temperatura delle camere perfetta.
Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Nous avons réservé une chambre au majestic Plaza hôtel sans trop connaître la ville et donc le quartier où il se situe. En l'occurrence c'est un excellent choix car il est vraiment à proximité de la vieille ville. L'hôtel en lui-même et très bien. Les chambres sont spacieuses propres. Nous avons bien dormi. Mention spéciale pour le petit-déjeuner qui était franchement. Excellent et complet. Nous recommandons donc vivement l'hôtel.

Die Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich konnten auch alle Englisch sprechen somit war es für uns einfach.

Das parken vor dem Hotel bzw rund herum ist leider etwas schwierig.

Das Zimmer ist schon etwas in die jahre gekommen aber wenn man nicht zu hohe Ansprüche hat reicht es. Was schon zu bemängeln ist ist die schlechte isolierung man hört die Straße und auch die Leute die am gang rum laufen..

Frühstück war sehr lecker und auch alles was man so benötigt war vorhanden.

Die Lage ist perfekt direkt im Stadtzentrum wo alles schnell zu erreichen ist.

Very poor customer service, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, the rooms are small, the receptionist non conversationalist. Breakfast was just standard. The bathroom is tiny, does not have an exhaust, so you can imagine. The shower booth is tiny, and the water does not drain easy. It’s not a modern thing with this hotel.

Veľmi príjemný a ochotný personál, skvelá poloha, chutné raňajky. Postele aj vankúše boli ozaj pohodlné. Kúpeľňa čistá. Ako veľké negatívum hodnotíme špinavý koberec. Mali sme rezervované 2 izby a v oboch bol dosť znečistený. Možno by stačili papuče na izbe a pravidelné tepovanie.

Overall it's a fine hotel, but we had some issues. First night the room was boiling hot and AC wasn't working. Next morning we asked front desk about AC and they (rudely) said they basically don't turn it on (it's central) during winter and told us to just open the windows. Which we did and it helped. Not 10min later someone came to our room and opened our door without knocking. Luckly we had put the extra lock in so they couldn't open it all the way. I tried to talk to whomever opened it and this woman mumbled something and basically ran away with no explanation. - very weird first day.
Breakfast - it's good and plenty of options. Not the fanciest but you won't miss anything. They change up the pastries daily. Just don't mind the rude servers running around non-stop.
Room - it's a good size and has everything you need (except AC apparently)
Clean - 8/10
Location - 9/10 close national museum, plenty of restaurants, shops, and metro nearby
Service - plane rude all around, but this seems to be normal in Prague
View - nice side view of the city and castle from the room (6th floor)

Very nice hotel in a perfect location for visiting Prague, everything was walking distance. Breakfast was great and staff were really helpful, provided luggage storage for the day we checked out. Only issue is we got a twin room instead of double when we asked for double.

Personal beim Frühstück schaut so als hätten sie den Beruf verfehlt.
Schnelles abräumen von Geschirr, gerade Messer abgelegt, Teller weg.
Tische wurden mit einer trockenen Servietten abgewischt und neu eingedeckt.
Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Preis Leistung stimmt nicht so ganz.
Ablage im Bad fehlt, Steckdosen ja, am Bett fehlt auch. Halb so schlimm würde ich sagen ????

My experience was very bad, when I arrived at the reception, there was a problem where my room reservation was not visible in the system at all. After waiting in the lobby, we finally got a room on the 5th floor. When we entered the room, we realized that it was not the room we reserved through booking. We went to the reception to complain. The young girl at the reception was very unpleasant in words and face and in the conversation where she told us that there are many smaller rooms than the one we got and that we can be happy that we got this one.

The manager came in and found us a room on the first floor, she was quite professional. We entered the room which was very dark, there was no daylight at all because of the tall building across the street, actually it's a school where it was not comfortable to walk around the room in underwear because the children saw everything from the class to our room, so we had another curtain drawn the whole time.. The room is very old, I would say from the furniture from 1942. The small fridge was empty, I expected a mini bar to be available for a 4 star hotel. The door to that little fridge creaks when it opens and closes.

When we asked where the smoking area was, we were told it was in front of the hotel, but I didn't see a litter in front of it, only after 2 days I found out that there was a small black tub on the wall to the right of the hotel.
The walls in the room have catastrophically poor insulation. Everything can be heard from the room to yours as if other guests are in your bathroom. No one warned us that there were 2 breakfast restaurants. In the morning we went to the Victoria restaurant for breakfast and were stopped where we were told that we could not have breakfast there but that we had to go to another restaurant in the basement. When arriving for breakfast, it's not the usual way of greeting the guest, but somehow strange, like looking at us as if we've done something wrong. No smiley faces.

We wouldn't have known that second restaurant existed. When we booked the room, it was mentioned that the hotel has a spa, but that spa is just 2 sunbeds where you are warmed by a radiator on the wall and a hot tub. The maids didn't know a single word of English and when we asked them something, it was very difficult to explain exactly what we wanted. The carpet in the room is very old, more like it has changed color, so it is not really recommended to walk on it with bare feet. Luckily we brought slippers. On the first day, we ordered 2 coffees at the bar and were charged 200 koruna, and not a single drink on the price list has a price of 100 koruna. The same day in the evening, we ordered 2 of the same coffees as in the morning in that bar and were charged 180 koruna.

That amount was not in the price list either. Sockets are not available near the bed, but there is only a cube on the table a few meters from the bed. The pillows are very bad, very worn. The breakfast was great, the location was good. We felt very unwelcome in every way and even when leaving the hotel we were not even asked if everything was okay. Prague is beautiful, there is a lot to see. We will definitely come again, but never to this hotel. I do not recommend it at all.
