Loved our stay at silver. Staff were extremely accommodating and made us feel welcomed when we arrived and left for the day. Spacious rooms with great amenities and a comfy bed. Great location also ????

Nossa estadia foi muito boa. Estivemos no hotel em fevereiro/24.
A localização é muito boa no bairro de Gràcia. Em poucos metros tem uma estação de metrô que liga a cidade inteira.
É uma das melhores regiões para a proveitar a gastronomia, tanto de dia como à noite.
A recepcão é perfeita, com boas informações e ótimo atendimento.
Os quartos são limpos, confortáveis e amplos para 2 pessoas.
A pequena cozinha é muito prática e conta com tudo.
O café da manhã tem produtos locais e de boa qualidade. É bem farto, além de ser servido em uma sala confortável e com ótimos funcionários.
O preço é bem competitivo e o hotel entrega tudo que é demonstrado no site.
Uma ótima alternativa de hospedagem em Barcelona.

Localização perfeita!! 1min a pé da estação de metro Fontana (linha verde).
Supermercados, padarias, frutarias e restaurantes a 2min a pé.
Pertíssimo do Bairri de Gracia e podem sempre aventurar-se a descer a pé até as ramblas, passando pelo Passeig de Gracia

Pessoal super simpático e profissional. Hotel com muito boas condições e o quarto muito bom. Limpo e com tudo o necessário para fazer uma refeição (vitrocerâmica, sauté, panelas, pratos, cafeteira, etc.
De referir também quarto super silencioso.

Perfeito para uma estadia curta ou longa.

Nigdy nie miałem większej nieprzyjemności z hotelami, hotel anulowal moja rezerwacje poniewaz nie mogli pobrać pieniędzy z karty. W mojej rezerwacji wyraźnie jest napisane „pay at property” na dodatek warunki rezerwacji jasno mówiły ze mogę odwołać rezerwacje do dwoch dni przed przyjazdem. Nie zostałem nigdzie poinformowany ze moja rezerwacja zostanie anulowana dlatego ze nie można ściągnąć pieniędzy z karty, gdy napisałem maila aby skontaktować się z działem rezerwacji, dostałem odpowiedz iż przykro im ze nie przeczytałem warunków w których pisze ze hotel pobierze platnosc na mojej karcie, jednakże żadnych informacji o tym ze gdy tego nie zrobie to moja rezerwacja zostanie anulowana. Bardzo nieprofesjonalne podejście do klienta, nawet pisząc do mnie wiadomości oficjalnie na maila występuje w nich dużo błędów typu literówki, czy poważny hotel naprawdę tak robi? Czy tak ciężko jest przeczytać wiadomość którą się napisało aby byla napisana poprawnie? Zastanowiłbym się na miejscu innych nad wyborem tego hotelu dwa razy. Na dodatek bezczelnie hotel kłamie w odpowiedzi na opinie, że dostałem wiadomość 15 dni przed anulowaniem rezerwacji. W rzeczywistości, wiadomość o zmianie karty dostałem 23 stycznia,a informacje o anulowanej rezerwacji dostałem 24 stycznia. Nigdy wcześniej nikt mnie o tym nie poinformował. Jak można tak bezczelnie kłamać, wasz hotel jest zakłamany i fałszywy, nie polecam nikomu.

nous revenons d'un week end à Barcelone et nous sommes très satisfaits de l'appart hotel Silver. Très moderne et très propre. Du personnel très accueillant, souriant. La chambre que nous avions choisie donnait sur le patio. J'avoue que ca manque un peu de ne pas avoir une vraie fenêtre, mais pour le peu de temps passer à l'hotel c'était très bien. Literie confortable, serviettes de toilettes proposées, gel douche. Petite cuisine avec frigo. Bref, tout pour passer un bon séjour. De plus l'hotel se situe a quelques pas de la sortie de métro, et du bus. Je recommande vivement !!

This is perfectly located in the Gracia area. It’s quiet, near many shops and restaurants and one block from the metro. I love the mini kitchen and the option for a patio. Love, love this place! I’ve stayed 4 times and never had any issues.

Маленькі але дуже комфортні кімнати. Все є для комфорту. Зручна кухня. Персонал дуже ввічливий та завжди раді допомогти, якщо є питання. Зручна парковка. Розположегння також чудове, 20 хвилин пішки до головної вулиці Барселони

Cleanliness: The room we got was dirty. After we reported the problem, we were shown three other rooms, but unfortunately they were all dirty (also receptionist admitted). At that point we wanted to leave, but they offered a better room, which was OK (there was no perfect cleanliness here either, some equipment was very dusty). It would be very important to make changes in this regard. I do trust that there will be consequences for what happened, because it left its mark on our entire vacation.

Temperature: It was only 15C in the room and it took a long time to reach a tolerable temperature in the room. It was very unpleasant with a small child, plus being pregnant. Despite the fact that we reported that after hours it was still 18C, we did not receive a heater, though I found out from a colleague the next day that they had one.

Muy bien. Pedimos un cambio de Apartamento porque nos molestaba el lloro de un bebé y nos realizaron el cambio enseguida. Fueron muy amables en todo. Súper recomendable. Muy bien comunicado

Muy buen aparthotel, sin lujos pero muy bueno. Todo el staff es muy amable. Esta a una cuadra del metro Fontana, en 3 paradas estas en Plaza Cataluña y esa línea combina para ir a todos lados. En una calle tranquila, pero a pocas cuadras de muchos boliches del pintoresco barrio de Gracia.

Helpful information on their website re location and how to get there, suggestions of where to walk/visit. Excellent location (Metro station L3 Green line ia two blocks away). Gracia neighbourhood has all needed amenities and is walkable to “downtown” and many sights. Building feels secure, with 24 hr staff at Reception and guests leaving room keys at the desk when going out. Pleasant staff! Very comfortable bed, good reading lights, aromatherapy body products in bathroom. Openable windows and electric shades. WiFi is quite good.

El lugar es agradable para pasar unos días tranquilos en Barcelona.
Cerca del metro y con todos los servicios cerca.
El personal es muy amable y las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias.
El único punto a mejorar es el ruido entre habitaciones y pasillo ya que los muros y la puerta de la habitación no están muy aislados.

Conosco questo aparthotel da parecchi anni e ci torno sempre quando vado a Barcellona perchè mi sono sempre trovata benissimo, però devo dire che quest'ultima volta ho qualche critica da fare, ossia le stanze andrebbero un po' riammodernate in alcuni dettagli come ad esempio cambiare gli asciugacapelli da parete che risultano davvero datati e oltre a essere lentissimi sono scomodi, inoltre la presa che c'è in bagno è adatta esclusivamente per rasoi elettrici e avendo avuto bisogno della piastra x capelli ho dovuto utilizzare la presa del comodino, scomoda e senza specchio. Consiglio inoltre di aggiungere qualche tisana/the in ogni stanza vista la presenza del bollitore sarebbe carino e magari anche una bottiglia d' acqua omaggio non sarebbe male!! Detto ciò lo consiglio comunque; il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile e la posizione la considero ottima nel barrio de Gracia che a mi avviso è uno dei più belli e caratteristici di Barcellona!!

Très bon aparthotel

L'apparthotel Silver est très bien situé : 3 minutes à pieds du métro, un magasin d'alimentation dans la même rue et de nombreux restos et boutiques à proximité. La chambre est bien équipée et le personnel très accueillant. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour et j'y retournerai lors de mon prochain voyage à Barcelone.

Close to casa vicens

It is close to Fontana underground station on L3. It is not in a fantastic area but the price is worth the efforts because rooms are ok. Personnel is socializing quickly. There is a garage for parking and a space in the courtyard for breakfast.

L'appart'hôtel est un mixte entre la location et l'hôtel et cette nouvelle manière de se loger trouve son public familial ou en couple. Les chambres sont fonctionnelles et confortables. Le parking privé est incontestablement un plus. De plus on est au coeur de la ville.

L'aparthotel Silver est très bien situé non loin de la place Cataluña, station métro ligne 3 Fontana à moins de 100 m. Les chambres sont très bien équipées, TV écran plat, chaîne radio réveil, lecture cd dvd, clef usb. Le service est excellent ! Le parking auto moto sur 2 niveaux est très pratique ! Le plus au 1er un paccio de verdure où l'on peut prendre un petit déjeuner copieux, se désaltérer, lire, se reposer... Hall accueil 24/24 entièrement rénové , 2 ordinateurs à disposition avec imprimante, mini bar, piano, accès wifi gratuit dans tout l'aparthotel....
