We recently stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment near the Passeig de Gracia. The apartment was lovely, it was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect. It was in a very safe area (which was important as I was staying on my own with my two children)with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, which meant we could go out in the evening and walk back. We were welcomed warmly at check in and were shown to our apartment which was in another street so great customer service. I couldn't recommend staying here enough. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

Cobran más que un hotel de tres estrellas. No hay elementos básicos de higiene. No hay limpieza en el departamento en general ni habitación, ni cocina ni en el baño donde te superaban los hongos. Tema a parte es la falta de seguridad ya que el patio se conectaba con los vecinos con un tapial de menos de un metro; ventanas del interior que estaba falseadas y no cerraban. A su vez el olor que inundaba el ambiente, mezcla de suciedad de años más porro, más comidas. Todo lo hacía inhabitable e incómodo. Ninguna de las fotos que se muestran en la página ni los servicios que se ofertan coinciden con la triste realidad.

Perfecta ubicación, muy cerca del metro de Urgell y a nada de la plaza Catalunya, entre otras. La habitación es increíble, espaciosa y muy cómoda, y el servicio es rápido y muy amable. Ninguna queja, muy muy recomendado. Merece la pena.

We were a family group that recently had a trip to Barcelona and stayed in this property. The location is excellent with easy and walking distance access to shopping centers and eating places. The building like many others in the city center is old but beautiful and comfortable. The office staff are polite and glad to help. I highly recommend the Aparteasy.

Appartement moderniste dans le centre d'Eixample
Logement fidèle à la description et de qualité tant sur les espaces que la propreté. Quartier calme et paisible à deux pas de la Sagrada et fait pour les familles.
Accueil de Luis chaleureux et réactif.
À noter lorsque vous êtes en voiture, la plupart des parkings sont fermés le samedi et le dimanche à organiser à la réservation.

Mi experiencia con Aparteasy fue muy positiva. El piso que estaba en el centro de Barcelona era muy grande y bien equipado. Luis, mi dueño y persona de contacto, fue muy amable y atento. Siempre podía contarle los problemas y se ocupaba rápidamente de ellos.

I loved my stay in this well-equipped, and comfortable apartment. it is great for a short stay but also for a longer stay if that is what you’re looking for because the kitchen is well stocked and there are markets and pharmacies etc. all nearby. I was able to walk to all of the larger tourist attractions and access public transportation, and taxis easily as well. The host was also very responsive and accommodating. I definitely plan to come back!

The roof terrace was why we chose this location. We really enjoyed it and the view. Location good close to Metro. And central. We got good response when needed from the host. Quiet house. The flat had all we needed for our 8 days stay.

The appartment is really very nice! We were 4 people, everyone in his own bedroom. We had plenty of space and enjoyed the flat very much. It was very clean, and it is located in a very nice area of the city. Definitely to recommend!

Przytulne mieszkanko urządzone w hiszpańskim klimacie z pięknym widokiem z balkonu. Bardzo dobrze skomunikowane z resztą miasta. Metro i przystanki autobusowe zaledwie kilkadziesiąt metrów od mieszkania. Blisko sklepy, restauracje, knajpki i bary. Wszystkie najpotrzebniejsze rzeczy do codziennego funkcjonowania znajdują się w apartamencie. Plusem jest winda, która znajduje się w budynku. Komunikacja z pracownikami bez zastrzeżeń ! ????????
