We just spent 5 nights. Certainly a hidden gem. Great location. Very good breakfast. Variety of rooms, all nice. Four pools. Bikes available. Very close to the heart of Duval St.

Absolutely will be returning!! Amazing location, property, rooms and staff! We needed to move our room last minute and the employee (I didn’t get his name) was so accommodating and helpful! Rooms are super private with your own deck or balcony area, multiple pools on property and sooo much greenery and lots of thing to do there!

We stayed at Simonton Court last minute and I am SO glad we did. Our cottage was so beautifully decorated and tucked away in lush gardens under twinkle lights- so whimsical and lovely. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful and the location of the cottage was great- close to everything you could want, but still quiet and safe. We would love to come back!

My husband and I stayed here for four nights on our honeymoon in Key West. We could not have been happier with the service and experience; we will definitely be back! I especially loved the location, it's so close to everything, but still quiet enough that you can really relax. The property itself is just gorgeous, would highly recommend!

Key West best kept secret!! My fiancé and I were so lucky to spend an evening here. We were pleasantly surprised, to say the least. From the moment we checked in to checking out the following day, the staff was so kind, genuine and helpful. The grounds are filled with luscious greenery and tropical flowers. There are multiple of pools throughout to help cool yourself down from the sun. Every aspect of the grounds takes you away to a tropical oasis. Located conveniently down town within a short walking distance from Duval Street, I was surprised to notice there was zero noice disturbance. Our room was very quant. Our private balcony was the very top of the building, overlooking the streets below. ( Rm MA6). Every moment of our stay was truly magical. We are currently planning our next trip to the keys and will be staying in our favorite room, MA6.

They use too much Fabuloso-a multi purpose cleaner-its an overwhelming odor in the rooms and you can smell it everywhere on the property

My husband and I had the pleasure of spending 4 nights at Simonton Court over New Year and we just couldn't have been more delighted. The grounds were so lush, cozy, and inviting. The entire staff was so warm and welcoming. The breakfast service by the pool every morning was absolutely delightful. And we were not expecting our own private deck right off of our room!! So nice. Not to mention, THE LOCATION CAN'T BE BEAT. Steps from Duval and walkable to absolutely everything in Key West, yet so quiet and secluded. Such a perfect little oasis. We can't wait to come back!!

The best, period. There is no stay in Keywest that parallels Simonton court. We will never stay anywhere else. Jonathan and Eric were so amazing and accommodating. This is the perfect getaway for a trip with your partner or a friend group.

This is the perfect place to stay for any size group! We went for Christmas and it was perfect .
We were 3 people and the cottage was a great fit for us. The space was super clean and the staff was off the charts friendly.
Breakfast was a great little jumpstart to the day in the charming setting of the courtyard.
The pools are the perfect temperature and very clean.
11/10 highly recommended
