My wife and I had a wonderful stay. Based on reviews we had seen prior to our arrival we feared the worst. Those reviews did not apply to our stay. The rooms were small but very clean. The resort was very clean, comfortable and convenient to all that Key West has to offer. We would definitely stay here again.

Catastrophe. Run away. Let me count the reasons:
1) The pool tiles were filthy dirty greasy. For 6 days. We stayed there for 6 days and they were never cleaned. See the pictures..
2) Towels at the pool would run out by mid-morning and the front desk just told us to wait because they have to wash-and-dry the old ones. At 11am on a weekday? Every day? For $600 to $700 per night, no one should have to wait for hours for towels. And the staff was entirely indifferent to this. See the picture..
3) "Welcome drink" was a can of cheap beer. And for my daughter? No non-alcoholic options available.. What a disappointment
4) For $600-$700 per night, the fanciest part of the breakfast was hard-boiled eggs. Hard. Boiled. Eggs. Oh, I guess the microwaveable single-serve oatmeal was pretty fancy too
5) I contacted General Manager Joy Boyd to go through these entirely correctable issues and my call was not returned
So here we are. Do yourself a favor and stay ANYWHERE else. Oh well at least the location was decent

My wife and I spent a week here. Quiet and well landscaped grounds. Heated and unheated pools. Our bungalow was awesome. The staff made sure we had fresh towels daily. Nice breakfast every morning with fresh fruit and pastries. Uber was never more than 2 minutes away.

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was excellent, and the gardens/landscaping were beautiful. Very convenient location. Suggestion to enhance. While breakfast was good, you need to be there by 8 am when doors are open. We slept in a little on our second day and arrived for breakfast at 9 am. They were out of about everything, even though they served breakfast from 8-10. I believe other guests experienced the same, and thus, you had a big crowd at 7:55 waiting for doors to open. They also should put out coffee earlier than 8, say 7 am. There is a simple Kureg there before 8, but there’s a line at 7 to use. One morning at 7, it took me 20 minutes of waiting in line to get a cup of. coffee. A hotel this nice and for what they charge should have a better solution.

This place was absolutely beautiful. The pool by the office was very warm and comfortable. The robes were also a nice touch. We got a few drinks at the pool bar and snacks from the restaurant which were good. Service was amazing. The complimentary breakfast was very good. Will be back.

Booked this through Costco and it did not live up to the Costco standards that I am used to. The Hotel is quaint, nicely tucked away in lush gardens with 3 pools, one of which is heated. Issues with accommodation-noise from hotel workers right outside our room, no in-room coffee, missing sink drain plug, could not call front desk, tv line-up very poor, musty small from AC.

It is not the Kimpton brand but is being advertised as such. When we asked, we were told……”we haven’t changed our website yet”. Our “king patio room” was very small. The a/c was loud, and rattled. The landscaping was lush throughout. But our patio was dead and needed to be raked. The furniture was cheaply done. Breakfast also!

Super hôtel ! Cadre magnifique situé à quelques minutes de Duval st donc proche des lieux touristiques et de l'agitation des restaurants et bars mais au calme, accueil agréable, chambre fonctionnelle bien qu'assez petite. Piscine très agréable (surtout après la route en nocturne et sans personne en plein juillet !), un parking inclus avec la chambre (tout se fait à pied).
Le point qui pourrait être amélioré reste le petit-déjeuner. Il est raisonnable mais manquait à notre sens, compte tenu de la qualité des autres prestations de l'hôtel, de vrais pains frais et de pâte à tartiner au chocolat.

Un hôtel typique du style des Keys, avec une architecture de style Bahamien en bois peint, très bien situé et faisant partie du groupe Historic Key West Inns, un groupe de 6 hôtels de charme situés en plein centre du "Old Town" à 2 pas de Duval St. Cet établissement est une des plus vieille maison de la ville, mais les chambres sont équipées avec tout le comfort moderne.La piscine est très agréable et le tout est entouré d'un superbe jardin tropical. Un hôtel typique proche de toutes les attractions touristiques de Key West.

We had an incredible experience staying at Winslow's Bungalow. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, offering breathtaking views of old Key West. The hotel's amenities, including the pool, were top-notch and added to the overall luxurious feel of our stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and dining options. I would highly recommend Winslow's Bungalow to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay.
