La atención de la Srita María como gerente dejo mucho que desear, fue grosera, agresiva y no supo dar una solución a los artículos que faltaban a la huésped dejados en su Hotel.
Las instalaciones están descuidadas y hay cucarachas dentro de su establecimiento sin mencionar que los impuestos que cobran directo en el hotel son muy elevados

Amazing place! Surprised it’s only 3*. Great location, friendly staff, clean room, authentic delicious Cuban food, good vibes and ambiance!!! Love the place))) Highly recommend ❤️

The hotel is well located (to find it you have to enter the restaurant), 10min walk from the boardwalk/beach, a lot of restaurants around.
Bring earplugs. We didn't hear the music from the restaurant (we were in room 107), but if you have the misfortune of being located downstairs and there are children (or elephants) upstairs: good luck. Otherwise it’s pretty quiet.
The A/C is a bit noisy, the decoration is a bit dated but the bedding is not bad.
They clean the rooms every 3 days (don't hesitate to ask the reception to be sure they come).
They lend beach towels.
The restaurant is good.
It was clearly not worth the price paid but it’s Miami Beach, and the experience wasn't that bad.

Ótima localização, perto de bares, restaurantes e da praia. Hotel possui restaurante, e da cortesia de drinks na happy hour. Atendimento na recepção muito bom, ótima hospitalidade da Manager, Maria e a Anita. Ótima opção em Miami Beach!

This is our second stay at Chelsea South Beach. We love the location it's very close to the beach, restaurants in La Espanola Way and Lincoln Road bars. The staff is always so friendly and accommodating. Ana at the front desk was super helpful and upbeat. Maria the manager always worried about every detail in our daily services done by Ermithe. The rooms are clean and just enough space for a nice weekend away. We will definitely be back!

I had a pleasant experience at Chelsea Hotel. It went beyond my expectations. I booked for two nights , and the staff as well as Mrs. Meaux team worked to make my stay gratifying. Thank you guys.

Chelsea hotel was a great and fun experience! Location is great the front desk staff especially Anita and Mrs. Meaux , the hotel manager who were very welcoming and helpful! I Would defiantly come back again for the price location and fun time! Restaurant at the hotel are very good as-well with lots of variety!

Maria is very nice and hotel location is great but the rooms, AC, elevators etc. are way below standard. In fact I had never stayed in such a low quality place, floors are crooked and rooms are super small. We had to stay there since it was a busy week btw Miami music week and spring break

Very bad attention from the lady at the reception, after waiting 25 minutes to check in, I only asked for the Internet password while I was still waiting and she answered me very rudely. This is how we begin Check-in at Chelsea.

Estive hospedado nesta unidade hoteleira em lazer de 20/03 a 29/03 e a minha experiência foi fantástica. De salientar a simpatia e amabilidade de todos os funcionários, especialmente dos rececionistas Ramee e Cesarina.

This little hotel was great for a two night stay! ✨KEEP IN MIND THEY DON'T HAVE PARKING.✨ The place was super clean, the staff were nice and accommodating. However it does have its charms. The beds were very firm and the shower waters hot and cold were mixed up. All in all worth it for the lower pricing on south beach.
Side note- The restaurant downstairs is insanely expensive and a 20% tip is mandatory.

Hotel Chelsea is in a great location in terms of South Beach, shopping, restaurants, etc. Very friendly and helpful staff. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because the shower door was missing.

Everything was perfect from the restaurant the bartender Alberto, Ly the assistant manager to Cesarina at the front desk. Rooms are comfortable and clean the food at the restaurant was delicious. I had a churasco steak that was cooked perfectly.i will definitely be back

Hotel idéalement bien situé, en plein centre de beaucoup d'activité; la plage se trouve à 2 patés de rue. Hotel calme. Les chambres spacieuses sont très sombre de plus la décoration ne peuvent qu'assombrir;
