Ein 2* Hostel, welches auch Doppelzimmer Kategorien anbietet. Die Lage ist perfekt. Die Zimmer jedoch sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. (Stand 2019).

Great location! Recent upgrades. New flooring in bedrooms. Bathrooms redone. The common kitchen and outdoor tables made for a great time getting acquainted with travelers from around the globe! Lots of great restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Citibike dock station less than a block away.

Ottima posizione, personale gentile, purtroppo l'unica pecca come hotel è che non c'è la pulizia della stanza giornaliera (che è a pagamento extra) e il cambio delle asciugamani e detergenti giornaliero che devi chiedere tu o recuperare in reception (anche la cartigenica). La camera non è dotata di un armadio per appendere la roba di cui ne ho risentito molto. Aveva solo una piccola cassettiera che sinceramente per tre o quattro persone era ridicola. Carina la piscina anche se chiusa tutta intorno da mura e quindi sempre un po all'ombra... Pulizia parti comuni abbastanza buona. Ciò che ha salvato il tutto è la posizione!

Son un desastre...Todo el hotel con un olor a marihuana insoportable...Por la noche gente corriendo en los pasillos con armas en la cintura...El agua de la pileta con excremento. Desde el encargado hasta a administradora Antonella (dicho sea de paso...cuando leas esto Antonella..."Toda tu vida vas a estar atras de un mostrador crota") unos maleducados que nos tuvieron sin agua en el baño 1 semana a todo el hotel y nunca me devolvieron el dinero. Ahora lo hicieron Airbnb...Tengan cuidado!!!!

Ci siamo trovati bene. Non puliscono le stanze a meno che non paghi di più. La cosa più comoda è la cucina, perché ci ha permesso di risparmiare per mangiare in quanto a Miami hanno prezzi folli! Posizione perfetta

????Perfect location, close to rodeo drive, beach, restaurants and shopping. Rooms are nicely designed and clean. Bed's were the most comfiest I've ever experienced in a hotel.
????Ac is very cold and can't be turned off but they give you a magnetic cover which helped. Windows are locked. Pool not clean enough to swim but it's a great sunny spot for tanning. Walls are thin, you can hear other guests.

The bargin of MB. Rooms are adequate but you only sleep there. Pool and outside area are great. Community kitchen w a s perfect. Free trolley just one block. Citibank bike rentals just across the street. Boardwalk was awesome and beach is across the street and easy access.

this was a great stay !! super clean rooms , comfy bed and incredible location.great staff. 5 min from the beach . right next to lincoln rd for shopping. dont know why the low rating.

A cheap accomodation for stayng in miami beach for cheap, loud ac, windows locked, swimming pool not heated and with no filtration or clorine in the water.

READ THIS:

The rating is based on the old hotel before it was renovated completely inside. The rooms are cozy, beds are amazing and staff is friendly. Do not let the 3.7 rating on Google scare you. It's easily a plus 4.6!

Good location, you will have to carry your own bags, limited front desk help, large clean pool, the room was clean. An los building with some upgrades , good for the money.

Lovely stay at this property and great location next to all of South beach restaurants, nightlight life, ocean drive and the beach of course !!

Team was very responsive and helpful with recommendations. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable !!

Tropics is a quaint little hotel with a 50s flair. It's right at the heart of South Beach, near every restaurant, bakery and bar you can think of from Cuban to Mediterranean. My room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, the water pressure was perfect, the view from the room was great, the smart TV was handy to stay in during the rain watching movies. There is a shared kitchen - which I didnt use, except for the microwave. The pool is pretty big. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Most importantly, I felt SAFE as a solo female traveler, which was worth more than what I paid for... I walked 5 minutes to the beach a block away after getting some coffee, and then walked most of Ocean Dr. before coming back to rest or do work on my laptop. Will definitely return!

We stayed during November 18-22, 2023. The room and bathroom were renovated, clean and with all necessities. All people from reception were really attentive and communicative with us, especially Jorge and another guy. They were really helpful for information. The hotel is one street away from Ocean drive and the beach, really near from restaurants, and clubs. Miami was great, because the accommodation was comfortable. Thank you.

We spent an amazing week with my mom at this hotel. Bianca is amazing and so is the vibe of the place. they are under renovations and it is already looking very nice. they even upgraded me to a better room. for the price and the location, i feel i couldn't have fallen to a better place. i hope to come back soon. thank you so much for everything!

Bilan très mitigé pour cet hôtel. Il faut reconnaître qu'il est extrêmement bien placé, nul besoin d'une voiture pour profiter des charmes de Miami Beach. Le personnel est très serviable et il y règne une ambiance de convivialité entre les vacanciers, notamment grâce aux cuisines extérieures. Wifi dans les parties communes. Mais la propreté laisse vraiment à désirer. Que les meubles soient vétustes et la salle de bain très humide est une chose. Que des cafards se promènent dans les chambres en est une autre. Bref, pour à peine plus cher je pense qu'on peut trouver mieux dans la zone.
