Very good stay at this hotel. Modern simple efficient decor, comfortable bed, great staff.

Albergo accogliente situato all'interno di un imponente palazzo a pochi passi dalla stazione Termini di Roma. Camera, letto ed infissi magari non nuovissimi (sono presenti segni di usura) ma tutto è risultato ordinato e pulito, il letto molto comodo, ma soprattutto non si era disturbati dal passaggio dei tram come molti hanno fatto notare. Comunque un ambiente piacevole e rilassante, con vista su un caratteristico cortile interno romano. Personale gentilissimo, amichevole e disponibile, prezzo non proprio a buon mercato per questo tipo di albergo (ma siamo in centro a Roma, è normale). Peccato non essere riusciti sfruttare il bellissimo terrazzo a causa della pioggia, che comunque ha creato un atmosfera romantica in camera. Da segnalare che la notte non funziona l'ascensore, e che nei bagni il bidet è un doccino mobile posto di fianco al wc. Posto consigliatissimo.

L' hotel si trova a pochi metri dalla Stazione Termini, in uno stabile non modernissimo. La reception è al primo piano, mentre le camere sono al secondo. La ragazza alla reception è gentilissima e all' arrivo ci offre un caffè e ci chiede se vogliamo lasciare i bagagli nella sala comune e fare un giro per Roma, mentre la nostra camera viene messa a punto. Quando saliamo, accompagnati, in camera troviamo ciò che avevamo chiesto: cioè che fosse in una posizione interna, perché sapevamo del passaggio del tram in strada. Comunque, nella stanza erano presenti asciugamani, tappi per le orecchie, piccoli shampoo e in doccia erogatore
doccia schiuma. Ad onor del vero, il bidet non c'era e al suo posto c' era un doccino...ma sapevo già che in alcune camere mancava. L' ambiente era pulito, con condizionatore e termosifoni, doppi cuscini e copertine e piumoncini nell'armadio. Frigo in camera funzionante. Presente anche un bollitore e bustine di te, camomilla e caffè solubile. ( non è così scontato). Materasso comodo e tv con netflix. Abbiamo trascorso una notte tranquilla e siamo stati bene. Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto usufruire del terrazzo che si trova nell appartamento di fronte in quanto pioveva, ma siamo riusciti a vedere che era molto carino ed accogliente. La mattina ci hanno chiesto se volevamo lasciare i bagagli per essere liberi di farci un giro....davvero molto, molto cortesi. Il prezzo? Diciamo che per Roma è onesto. Un buon hotel , con personale giovane e davvero gentile!

Konum olarak terminiye yakın temiz bakımlı bı hotel. Çalışan arkadaş ilgiliydi. Tek dezavantajı apart hotel olması asansör çok küçük. terası güzel ama.

The location is good but overall was a disaster!
First of all, the room was extremely noisy as it was facing the street, I could hear everything clearly down on the street since the window couldn’t close properly.
Other than that, the mattress and pillow were too soft and it could barely support my body and head. Also there was no any blanket preset on the bed and it did has a spare one in the closet but seems very dirty because it came with some smell and stick with some hairs on it.
Last but not least, the water pressure of the sprinkler in the bathroom was insufficient. And the heater of the towel rack was not working as well...
To sum up, the stay here was pretty disappointing! I couldn’t have a good rest after spending a whole day out in the city,I will not recommend this place.

For your financial safety, please avoid booking this place. I cancelled a booking two months ago and the accommodation has still not provided the refund despite the cancellation being well within the free cancellation period.

SI VAS A RESERVAR QUE SEA COMO ÚLTIMA OPCIÓN
Le falta mucho para ser un buen hospedaje que te permita descansar bien.. La ducha muy pequeña y la cantidad de agua que sale es mínima la cual lo hace incómodo.. Veo insólito que no la limpiaran mientras no estaba, un solo papel higiénico para toda la estadía la cual es decepcionante. La cama muy dura y las almohadas casi sin plumas y llenas de aire.! Si tiene algo bastante bueno que es la ubicación muy cerca todo.! Pero el ruido de la calle, el paso de los trenes y los gritos de los demás huéspedes son atormentosos. Roma un encanto pero claramente no me volvería a quedar aquí.

Sehr gut angebunden, nur ein paar Schritte zum Bahnhof, Personal äußerst freundlich, Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt (auch frische Handtücher und Duschgel bekommt man unaufgefordert), Möglichkeit Gepäck auch nach dem Check-out dortzulassen, nette grüne Terrasse, leider viel Straßenlärm und schmutzige Gegend, Fernsehen und Beleuchtung haben teilweise nicht funktioniert, Tee und Instant-Kaffee im Zimmer

Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist super! Jedoch entsprechen die Fotos nicht ganz dem, was einen erwartet... siehe meine Fotos! Auf den ersten Blick ist alles sehr sauber und hygienisch, doch auf den zweiten fallen einem vor Allem im Bad wegen der Feuchtigkeit besondere Stellen auf. Abgesehen von der Feuchtigkeit war der Toilettendeckel schief angebracht und verrutschte permanent. Das Front Office war jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit, wenn sie da waren.

Cama confortável , não tem café da manhã , mas tem pequenas lojas nos arredores em
Que se pode comprar pão e frutas.
A única vantagem é que fica muito perto da Termini. Para quem
Vai precisar de trem para se deslocar ou menos bus para aeroporto etc, fica muito perto .
Porém , o bairro é sujo e mal frequentado, não é recomendável fazer nenhuma refeição nas redondezas porque não servem comida italiana original.
