Everything is perfect, especially the team. The only point is rooms aren't naturally lighted well due to the amazing location. I would rate everything else 10/10 . Really very good managed.

Hôtel parfait pour visiter Madrid.
La literie très bien.
Nous étions en demi-pension, très agréable le dîner à la carte,

All of the staff were helpful and courteous. The restaurant was nice, with tasty food and good service. The room was excellent, with plenty of space and a very nice bathroom. Great stay at this hotel for my wife and I!

Me parece lamentable que la dirección de este hotel permita a los empleados dejar los cubos de basura en el ♿️ aparcamiento de movilidad reducida ♿️, que hay justo en la puerta.

Ayer dejé el coche estacionado en esa plaza y al volver, me encuentro que han metido todos los cubos entre el portón del maletero del coche y la barrera que había justo detrás, impidiendo que mi acompañante pudiera meter la silla de ruedas en el maletero, sin antes mover el coche.

Poneros un poco en nuestro lugar y nuestras necesidades de accesibilidad, espero que no se vuelva a repetir.

Todo estupendo , sin duda alguna repetiremos, la atención de la recepción y de la camarera Maria 10/10, la habitación todo muy limpio y el desayuno excelente, probamos sus tortitas muy caseras y deliciosas, sin duda un gran equipo.

I spent 4 nights in this nice hotel with my girlfriend.
The room was comfortable and clean.
The hotel is located in the center of Madrid near most of the main city activities and monuments with several parks around.

We really appreciated our stay. The staff was attentive and very pleasant.

Nice hotel, lovely rooms and friendly staff. Facilities are limited but you are in the heart of town and surrounded by restaurants and bars.

Las habitaciones muy cómodas y espaciosas, buena ubicación y el staff es lindisimo.
Comí también en el restaurante del hotel que se llama el telón. La comida muy buena y el el el staff en restaurante también es muy atento y amable. Me atendieron Marcelo y Michelle en el restaurante y fenomenales ambos.

Ho soggiornato una settimana ad inizio gennaio perché ero a Madrid per lavoro. L’hotel è davvero bello, oltre ad essere in un’ottima posizione, una traversa della meravigliosa Gran Via, a pochi passi da tutte le meraviglie che la capitale spagnola offre da visitare nella sua zona centrale. Il personale è gentilissimo, cortese e pronto a risolvere qualsiasi eventuale tuo problema. Al piano terra è presente un ottimo bar. All’ultimo piano una meravigliosa piscina esterna, non ho usufruito perché troppo freddo. L’hotel si vanta, scrivendolo qua e là, di effettuare una pulizia maniacale delle camere e, sinceramente, è proprio così. Giro molti hotel per lavoro e questo fa bene a vantarsi, non c’è un granello di polvere in giro, sono pignolo per la pulizia. Ho chiesto di non rifare il letto, lo trovo uno spreco, e ogni sera al rientro tutto era perfetto, come se avessero cambiato tutto. Colazione a buffet e alla carta, tutto davvero ottimo. Non ho usufruito de ristorante. Volendo è presente anche un garage, consiglio di chiedere preventivamente perché è una zona a traffico limitato e si rischiano multe a lasciare le auto fuori. Consiglio vivamente l’hotel.

Las instalaciones son estupendas, todo muy nuevo y muy limpio. La ubicación inmejorable, muy céntrico. La habitación muy bonita y el baño maravilloso, super moderno, limpio y funcional. La terraza del piso 12 muy chula también. Hemos estado muy agusto y el personal muy amable. En general todo estupendo, cero pegas.
