Our stay was fantastic! The hotel staff was hospitable, professional, and went above and beyond to help us with a special case. The hotel is quiet and clean. Highly recommended!

Rooms are nice and in general, the staff are great.
I went for the buffet in the evening and it was terrible. DO NOT GO FOR THE BUFFET.

Es moderno, las habitaciónes un poco pequeñas pero con todo lo necesario. La piscina perfecta y limpísima. El desayuno muy bien, incluso tienen zumo de naranjas natural. El servicio muy amable. La ubicación a 15 minutos andando del centro por un paseo marítimo muy agradable. El hotel nos abrió el desayuno a las cinco de la mañana, cosa muy de agradecer. Resumen: genial. Tienen enchufes USB.

Wir hatten ein Problem mit unserer Ferienwohnung. Mussten also gegen 22 Uhr noch eine neue bleibe für die Nacht finden.
Haben zu absolut angebrachtem Preis ein Zimmer für zwei bekommen. Check in problemlos und das Personal war besonders freundlich und aufmerksam.
Zimmer war für eine Nacht ausreichend und alles in allem in einem guten Zustand.

Das parken im Hinterhof ist ein kleines Abenteuer wenn der Parkplatz nicht ganz leer ist. Aber machbar.

Das Frühstück war okay, mir persönlich fehlten Brötchen oder Brot (ausschließlich Toast vorhanden) dafür gab es frische pancakes und Omelett.

Sollten wir noch mal nach Zypern kommen, wird dies auf jeden Fall die erste Anlaufstelle. Da sehr nah am Flughafen. So kann man erst mal ankommen, auch nachts einchecken und dann am nächsten Tag in Ruhe weiter reisen.

They can't organize a proper meal for a bit larger group, like our, consisted of 39 persons (which is not to big in fact). There is only one buffet, so yesterday people waited in line for 15 minutes to get a meal, just like during the Polish People's Republic.

porządnie posiłku dla większej grupy. Jest tylko jeden bufet, więc wczoraj ludzie stali po posiłek w kolejce 15 minut, jak za PRL.

Nisam gost hotela, samo koristim uslugu ishrane. Švedski sto obilan i dobar. Kelneri veoma ljubazni. Doručak 10e služe do 11 sati a večeru 15e do 21,30h. Veoma ugodno iskustvo.

Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms are very beautiful and comfortable, very clean and tidy with everyday cleaning services by their housekeeping staff which were very nice and polite. There is coffee, milk, tea, sugar and water available in each room together with an espresso machine and a thermo pot which were refilled daily. Clean towels were replaced daily and the bathroom was perfectly clean each day. I was very satisfied with the cleanliness of the whole room.
Something i loved i lot was the gym that is available on the fifth floor with decent amount of gym equipment. There is also a nice sauna which is available to use upon a reservation.
There is an outdoor pool which was beautiful and clean with open space area for sunbathing and chilling.
The breakfast was pretty much same every day but it was all freshly made with good taste, good quality and plenty of choice.
The waiters at the restaurant were very proactive and professional.
I enjoyed my stay there and i would definitely like to go there again for any future stays.

I ve been calling for over a week to book 3 rooms due to a wedding we have nearby and they told me to send through email how many rooms and what we want exactly. After 3 emails and 5 days of no response i called them to find out that they had no idea and they ve been fully booked. Full unprofessionals during all the phone conversations and pathetic.

Nahe am Flughafen, nahe am Meer, Parkplatz vorhanden. Rest kann man vergessen, preis/leistung ist nicht gegeben.

I just popped in for breakfast with my Mum.
Everybody was very kind and helpful. Paid at the reception and went for a buffet style breakfast. After a bad experience at Elysso Apartment Hotel, we felt in Haven seeing the lots of choices!

Servicio de habitaciones bastante deficiente, todos los días había que reclamar toallas, café . Difícilmente ponían las colchas en las camas, se limitaban a hacerlas. La limpieza si es buena. Los desayunos y cenas buffet monótonos y nada extraordinarios. El personal amable en general. Agradable la piscina y bien situado respeto a las playas y el pequeño puerto.

Good food, the chef is the best and so are the people serving dinner there

This hotel is the hotel we always stay at when we come to Cyprus. It is a very nice hotel with nice, clean rooms which even have a small kitchen. It has a really good swimming pool outside and a giant gym and spa in the top floor the restaurant and room service is excellent and the bar makes magnificent drinks. In all for the things it has the price is very low but our last stay came to cost us much more than what we expected. During the night a thief came and stole all the clothes from the people in the first floor balconies (including us). We had many pieces of clothes that were put to dry including several pairs of shoes that were all stolen. Of course it is not the hotel’s fault that a thief came (although they could have put up a sign saying not to put stuff in the first floor balconies during the night considering how low they are) but the real problem was how the hotel responded to this. When we went down to the receptionists they were completely impassive and didn’t care as if we just told them there was an ant on the floor. We came down several times and they just told us to wait, never even apologized or anything. We felt as if the staff didn’t care about the fact that various hotel rooms had just been robbed. After a few days when we left the manager gave us back 1 free night which definitely does not compare financially and emotionally to what was stolen to us but the real issue was the carelessness of the staff. This is a shame as this is an excellent hotel but unfortunately the lack of manners that the staff have here can severely be improved. The only person who was ever nice to us was the barista. The manager was also very friendly and I understand it is not his fault for what happened but it would have really been good for the reception staff to have somewhat of empathy. I am very sorry for this experience I have had and hope that next year if we go there this does not happen again. Kind regards.

Superb two nights here. Absolutely faultless - rooms, breakfast, lunch, supper & bar service all terrific. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Would return for certain. Thanks for a great time :)

Rooms were very clean and food good. Staff were professional and helpful. One in particular was John the barman. He had an easy way with customers while remaining professional and friendly. John is a real asset. So it’s with sadness that our trip to the airport to leave Larnaca. Our driver fished for dirt on John. Also made up stories that we knew to be lies as we knew the people concerned. This so called driver is also security ? It appears he wants Johns job as Batman. Please BW protect your asset.

Στρατηγική τοποθεσία που ίσως είναι το σημαντικότερο για ένα τουρίστα. Το πρωινό είναι μέτριο και στην πορεία γίνεται βαρετό.

Tolles Hotel in der Nähe des Flughafens von Larnaca. Der Strand ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wer dort nicht hin möchte, kann sich im Pool abkühlen. Das Hotel ist nicht sehr groß und dementsprechend sind die Liegeplätze am Pool auch sehr begrenzt. Ich hatte trotzdem keine Probleme tagsüber eine freie Liege zu finden. Das Frühstück war meiner Meinung nach wirklich gut und vor allem kann man sich frisch ein Omelette zubereiten lassen. Der Fitnessraum ist sehr modern mit vielen Geräten. Dazu gibt es direkt hinter dem Fitnessraum eine Sauna und Duschen, die man wunderbar am Abreisetag nutzen kann, falls man nach dem Check-Out noch ein paar Stunden am Pool verbringen möchte. So wie ich es vernommen habe, sind die Parkplätze hinter dem Hotel kostenlos, falls man einen Leihwagen abbestellen muss. In der Nähe des Hotels gibt es zwei kleine Supermärkte und der Hafen mit netten Restaurants ist schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und auch mit meinem Zimmer war ich rundum zufrieden. Fazit: Ich kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

We booked this as a family holiday with our 2 year old girl and paid for a full board stay so we eat all meals there. Everything was very nice except the food. I wouldn't say that the food was fresh. Especially the pasta. Not only the view of this was not nice, it was very dry and hard to eat (as if you left it outside for couple of days). Also the fetta cheese on one salad was off. It seemed to me that the left overs from previous meals were reused for a new dish. It was disappointing because we paid for something that we didn't get the quality for and resulted to my 2 year old not eating much. Other than that, the stuff and the cleaning were perfect.

המלון עצמו מאוד נקי, אנשי צוות מקסימים, חדרים גדולים, פינת מטבח מצויינת וגדולה. ארוחת בוקר מצויינת, חדר כושר קטן ונחמד. בריכה נקיה ונעימה.
האוכל והשתיה בלובי - מחירים מאוד נוחים ולעיתים שווה להזמין במלון.

והייתי משפרת במעט את מקום האחסון בחדר השינה.
