Assistenza assente durante il soggiorno,si sono visti solo all'arrivo e alla partenza, animazione scarsa da asilo nido, sciocca e demenziale il bar chiude alle 23:00 , gli spettacoli eseguita dai mauritiani molto belli, posizione del villaggio non buona,ma in compenso si trova proprio al centro di Gran Bay con vantaggi e svantaggi. Non è il caso di organizzare escursioni con la struttura, affidatevi fuori.personale di servizio buono(sono tutte persone del posto)

Super accueil, personnel au petit soin merci à Sharrif, au cuisinier qui fait des omelettes à tomber par ???? quelle gentillesse de l ensemble du personnel. Endroit paradisiaque. Première fois j'ai adoré ????

We stayed here last month and could not have had a better experience. The hotel is perfectly situated at the edge of Grande Baie with an amazing view of the harbor and sea for the sunset.
What made our stay most special was the service from everyone who works here. Laurenza, Saukat and Richard all stood out in making our stay fantastic, but honestly the whole team from the waiting staff, the water sports teams, even the gardeners are all so welcoming and friendly and it creates such an amazing environment to relax in.
There are two restaurants, a main buffet restaurant and then a set menu restaurant (which you need trousers for) and both are fantastic, we ate more at the set menu restaurant but both were brilliant.
The evening entertainment is great and varied, with everything from singing, dancing, and even a telescope one night from which we saw Saturn.
Couldn't recommend staying here any more, whether you're here to explore the area, relax, go snorkelling, it has it all and we'll definitely be going back!
