L'hôtel est bien placé, avec des arrêts de bus à proximité !
L'accueil fût très agréable avec un jus de fruits servi à notre arrivée ainsi que des serviettes rafraîchissantes.
Le personnel est sympathique et serviable pour certains.

Für 3 Sterne ein sehr tolles Hotel mit guten Service und freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Kann nur für die Beachzimmer sprechen und die sind Klasse! Privater Bereich mit eigenem Pool und direkten zugang zum kleinen Privatstrand sowie viele kostenfreie Aktivitäten. Leckeres Essen, große Auswahl und jeden Tag Livemusik.

The rooms here are really tired and outdated. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our driver Deepack was amazing so if you need a driver or advice on what to see I highly recommend him.
We had a massage at the spa which was supposed to be 60 minutes but ended up being 30 minutes, I made a complaint and the resort staff were great to resolve it with a discount.
The buffet dinners weren't always great, and some of the restaurant staff weren't friendly. They ran out of tea even though mauritius is one of the tea capitals of the world.
The cleaning of our room was not done very well.

Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Jedzenie smaczne, ale pokoje to raczej dla mniej wymagających osób. Ale i tak spełniają wszystkie potrzeby. W końcu nie przyjeżdża się tu siedzieć w pokoju cały dzień. W nocy w pokoju są jaszczurki, które umilają sen ????. Lokalizacja mega przy samej plaży. I prawie co wieczór przy kolacji zapewnione atrakcje w postaci muzyki na żywo bądź występów tanecznych. ????

Unglaublich schöne Hotelanlage. Extrem freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Leider wird nur fast nichts geboten. Bar/Restaurant, ist nur zu Essenszeiten geöffnet. AB 10Uhr Abends ist alles geschlossen. Kaffee usw. am Nachmittag gibt es nicht und mit Getränken sieht es auch zwischendurch mager aus. Leider gibt es keinen Shop oder Boutique im Hotel. Und fußläufig leider nichts erreichbar. Aber das Essen ist sehr lecker und reichhaltig.

Cet Appartement Hôtel est situé à Grand Baie, dans le Nord d'île Maurice. Du 26 au 30 juillet 2023.
Il est top et les chambres spacieuses et très propre.
De plus c'est au bord de la plage,
C'est à découvrir et je vous le recommande.
La formule petit déjeuner à volonté est à 12€! Un peu cher pour Maurice, mais copieux et très beau.
Je vous le recommande à 200%.

We stayed at Ocean Villas for 2 nights in June 2023..... What an amazing place!!!
Staff was amazing..... Friendly, helpful and efficient.
Breakfast buffet was excellent
Evening buffet was great..... International menu.... Catering for all guests.
Glass bottom free boat..... Absolutely a blessing.
I have one request....please ask the music artists to create back ground music...... Not to have a loud show.... People would like to have conversation while eating..... That was the only negative in an overwhelming positive experience. You will see us again and will recommend our friends.

Schönes Hotel mit super Essen. Personal war sehr freundlich. Zimmer OK, allerdings gab es zwischen Schlafzimmer und Bad keine Tür. Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen. Bushaltestellen direkt vor der Tür.

Most odd experience. I asked to book the room with the outdoor shower only to be told they can't guarantee this as it's subject to availability. Surely if a customer pays and the room is available then the room is secured not when you arrive. Disappointing.

Chambre pas mal du tout, très jolis jardins et piscine. Plage privée un peu sale et sans grand intérêt. Par contre, la cuisine est exceptionnelle !

The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were yummy...delicious, was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. Thank you Tanuja for the warm welcome, very friendly and helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots.some minor works to uplift the infrastructure but overall a cozy family hotel, enjoyed the complimentary water activities, a small paradise highly recommended

For a 3 star rated , better than perfect.The team are extremely pleasant and so helpful, from the receptionists , maids , restaurant , gardeners , security and management could not find faults or lack of respect for their clients. So service around the Ocean Villa was faultless. Some rooms however needs uplifting but nothing major. I can’t mention all of the staff so just a few Nitesh , Nadine , Gaetan and the barman Giani sorry for wrong spelling and more . Fabiola for thé rooms. The girls from reception ( Top ) . The owner has a great team working for him ????????????????.Meals of a great choice weekly from Jean- Claude . Breakfast buffet excellent from the kitchen team. Rooms are checked before new guests arrive.

Terrible - Go somewhere else!
This is what you can expect;
- The complex is really old and rotten to the core. Nipped furniture, cracked windows, squeeking airconditions, moldy exteriors, outdated equipments.
- The rooms are not possible to close to the outside because of all bad doors and windows that leave openings. So you get insects inside and all sounds travel freely.
- We had an ant colony travelling by the thousands through our place. Different routes every knight. The staff tried to exterminate them but that did not help much.
- The restaurant serves food that is zero interesting although etible.
- Instant coffee
- A pool that is not cleaned often enough
- The exterior of the area is littered with storage material from renovations
- For this amount of money, what you get is very overpriced.
The good
- Excellent boat driver at the beach
- The gardeners do a nice job with the garden
- The cleaning staff do their best
Recommend everyone to avoid this place and go some place else for the same money

Nicht zu empfehlen, ungepflegte Anlage, Strandliegen ohne Auflagen , Poolliegen nicht nutzbar. Restaurant Alt und ungepflegt , Rezeption war freundlich.
