The view is amazing and the room is good for the price, however the staff is coarse and arrogant, we had issues during the stay and they were far from helpful. Would definitely not recommend this place.

We spent 11 days here and really enjoyed the location . The north west outlook onto Grande Baie is beautiful . Spacious simple accomodation , comfortable and nice patios overlooking the water

Relogés là « accidentellement » par booking.
Nous recommandons pour l accueil de la famille peramal, la situation -si comme nous la proximité du centre de grand baie était un critère obligé…
pour le service, les recommandations, le sérieux, propreté , calme vue sur mer. Très bon rapport qualité / prix!

Beaux appartements et propriétaire très présent, afin de donner bcoup de conseils et d informations afin de profiter au maximum du séjour sur l île, prends aussi des rdv pour les visites en taxi, bateaux etc..
Je conseil fortement, pour ceux qui comme nous, n aiment pas les grands hôtel luxueux..

Wir sind seit paar Tagen wieder zurück im kalten und verregneten Deutschland und denken mit Freude zurück an die schöne Zeit im Peramal. Es war unser 2. Mauritiusurlaub und wir würden die Region Grand Baie dem Gebiet um Flic on Flac auf jeden Fall künftig wieder vorziehen.

Unser Appartement (Nr. 303, 2. Etage) war geräumig, sauber, gut möbliert und hatte diesen Mega-Blick vom großen Balkon auf die tolle Bucht in Richtung dem Eden-Strand-Restaurant.
Das Personal im Peramal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend, vom stets netten Besitzer bis zu den immer lächenden Zimmermädchen.
Ganz besonders erwähnen müssen wir BELLA, die Dame an der Rezeption. Man kann sie alles fragen, sie weiß über
die Busverbindungen, die Sehenswürdigkeiten, über kreolische Kochrezepte, ect., bestens Bescheid und sie ist sehr, sehr hilfsbereit. Auch auf diesem Weg nochmals DANKE liebe Bella!!
Der vom Peramal angebotene Airport-Transfer kostet aktuell 40 € pro Strecke und hat super geklappt.
Hier noch zwei Restaurant-Tipps: Das Coolen Chez Ram (ganz in der Nähe an der Hauptstraße) und das La Rougaille Creole (im Zentrum - hier unbedingt reservieren).

Wir hätten gerne vor Ort den nächsten Mauritius-Trip mit unseren Freunden für November '23 im Peramal festgemacht, aber leider war da jetzt schon nichts mehr frei.

Dont read the negative reviews. This property is amazing.we had an amazing time. Staff are so much helpful. Ok, no room service, but you are located 2 minutes walking from cafés, restaurant, or supermarket. Bus stop is 2 minutes walk. I recommend this hotel so much

Wir hatten die Unterkunft im März für die Zeit ab 02.11.22, also heute, gebucht. Ca. 4 Wochen vorher wurde uns diese Buchung storniert mit der Begründung, dass sie wg. Renovierung ab 01.11.22 geschlossen ist. Wir sind heute dort vorbei gelaufen und sie ist offen und neue Gäste haben eingecheckt. Online ist sie auch buchbar, natürlich für einen höheren Preis.
Der Chatverlauf über das Online-Portal wurde von der Unterkunft anscheinend gelöscht, damit es nicht mehr nachvollziehbar ist. Aber eine Kopie der entsprechenden Mail liegt noch vor. Es ist sehr sehr unverschämt.

Nachtrag: Als ich die Buchung vornahm, war Barzahlung vor Ort als Zahhlungsart angegeben. Nicht wie nach meiner Bewertung vom Besitzer angegeben Teilzahlung im Voraus. Und dies wäre auch jederzeit möglich gewesen, da Kreditkartendaten bei der Buchung hinterlegt wurden.

Ich betone nochmal, das der Aufenthalt wegen angeblicher Baustelle im Haus storniert wurde!

On est sincèrement désolé d’apprendre cette situation. Pour confirmer une réservation il faudra soit un chèque de réservation ou un virement de minimum de 50% du montant de la réservation. Si vous avez une de ses deux options, votre réservation devrait tenir.

Accommodation that is perfect with regards to location, facilities and size. Close to the main road where all thr eateries are. Also walking distance to supermarket, and bus route and if you're in for a good walk to build up an appetite, the main public beach is a 15 minute brisk walk away. Bella at reception is amazing and assists with queries and suggests places of interest as well as makes arrangements for transport if needed....her wealth of knowledge regarding the area is amazing. A suggestion would be to supply basic cleaning equipment for washing dishes. Thr kitchen us equipped adequately for dining and if you're in the mood to cook, you can also do that comfortably. The view is amazing and even on the days when there is a bit of rain, you can just sit in the balcony and admire the view

The location is incorrect on the google. It's the next house actually.
The accomodation was very nice and clean. We had amazing sea view. The staff was very friendly.
Wifi worked just sometimes. We had coffee machine and kettle in the apartment, microwave and big fridge.
Parking free at the house.

Nous venons de passer un mois à la Résidence Peramal. Les studios, spacieux et bien équipés ont une vue imprenable sur la baie, propriétaire accueillant, qui se met à votre disposition pour tout conseil de tous ordres, personnel d'une très grande gentillesse. Petite plage sympathique non loin de là. Des arrêts de bus pour la ville à 100 mètres. Nous recommandons vivement cet résidence. Et nous y retournerons l'an prochain, c'est déjà prévu !!!

Clean and spacious rooms and balconies. Stunning views. Friendly and knowledgeable staff with the best food tips.
You can rent cars with the accommodation.
Great value for money. Would always stay here again if I returned to Grand Baie!

We stayed here in Penthouse apartment. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and beautiful terrace. I do recomend this place just buy SIM card with data the wifi is slow. Shopping center is 4 bus stations from the apartment.

Très bon séjour paradisiaque.une vue splendide.un réveil avec les petits oiseaux et surtout un accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires et de tout le personnel. Établissement très bien tenu.des conseils et de l'aide à tout moment.avons passe 1 mois nous y reviendrons et nous le recommandons.
