Our cooking class with Stephanie was one of the absolute highlights of our time in Provence. She came with to our rental home with ingredients and cooking tools required. Then under her instruction, together with our son and daughter-in-law we all prepared the most delicious, authentic meal. She was knowledgable of the area and taught us great cooking tips. It was a genuine delight spending time with her.

Stephanie came to our rental property to cook for our family of 10 and the meal was amazing! We ALL went back for seconds and thirds of every item - she explained each meal thoroughly in English and gave us great background and detail on every item. She did great work - would recommend to anyone that comes to the area!

Chef Stephanie was amazing for a private cooking experience for all 10 of us at our AirBnB. Spoke multiple languages to help explain the dish to everyone as well. Highly recommend.

Le cours de cuisine avec Stéphanie a été un grand moment de cuisine et de dégustation. Elle sait se mettre à notre portée, avec calme et enthousiasme. Nous n'avons pas vu le temps passer ! Et alors que dire de la dégustation qui a suivi... Les viandes, légumes, sauces, tout se mariait parfaitement. Le dessert était un exemple de légèreté et de saveurs. A recommander fortement

We had an AMAZING cooking experience with my Mom. Stephanie, a chef from San Francisco, showed us the tricks we can use at home to cook faster and better. She uses fresh ingredients from the local market and initiates you to the local cuisine like a pro ! Would do it again, especially for learning cooking life hacks ! Thank you Stephanie take care ❤️

We had a family cooking class with Chef Stephanie & cannot recommend her enough. From creating & serving wonderfully delicious, fresh & authentic menus to thoughtfully pre-prepping all dishes & explaining techniques flawlessly, to even being amazing with the young children in our group, we truly had a wonderful time. The food was delicious & also conducive to the several food allergies we have in our group. We are excited for our next trip to France & will absolutely be reaching out to Chef Stephanie again!

Market shopping and cooking with Chef Stephanie was a highlight of our time in Eygalieres in Provence. She is a fantastic chef with a remarkable story, possessing great warmth, enthusiasm for her craft and a desire to share her talents. We highly recommend and hope to see Chef Stephanie again.

I can't say enough about the two outstanding dinners prepared for our guests by Stephanie and her husband Charles (paired with excellent wines from his family's vineyard). The menu reflected thoughtful and appealing complements of flavors and textures, using local and fresh ingredients, and every course was delicious and beautifully presented. Additionally, they went beyond our expectations in setting up aperitifs and clean-up, and their personal story is charming. Highly recommend Stephanie's services!

I really enjoyed the class I took with Stephanie during a vacation. I learned some great skills and Stephanie was a fun instructor. She keeps it fun and casual, but obviously knows her stuff very well.

Stephanie is a wonderful instructor! She's very warm and she accommodated our questions and various skill levels seamlessly. Our knife skills class was such a great way spend an afternoon with friends and family, and the result was a delicious ratatouille. Even as a fairly experienced home cook, I learned so many helpful tricks, including a genius way to get the seeds out of a pepper, knife safety and tips for knife sharpening. Highly recommend classes with Stephanie for any level of chef!
