Right next to the belfry on Place de Heros, perfect location for all amenities in the centre. You can hear the bells but they don't start too early in the morning.

Apartment in need of some updating but was well equipped. Cleaning was just about adequate. Shower was poor.

Access was via a code and key box. Didn't see anyone during our 3 night stay but had a number to call for any issues. The apartments used to be part of a hotel but the hotel is closed and for sale.

Parking is available in the square behind the Belfry and is free for 1 hour, then quite expensive. There is a free carpark about 10 mins walk away.

Absolutely horrendous! Called to obtain passcode for key was given the access code arrived at 01:30 to discover no key left in the secure box tried calling mobile number no answer! Stranded with with wife and 3 young children in a new town and no key for apartment! I was promised full refund the next day 6 days later no refund and now no contact back from the establishment! Think twice if I were you if looking to book here especially if arriving late

un hotel très agréable idéalement situé pour un court séjour à arras ! chambres très propres, petits déjeuners copieux! on recommande!

Au pied du magnifique beffroi, un hôtel où l'on se sent bien ! Vu sur la place magnifique. Le petit déjeuner est top et varié !
