We could not have been happier with our stay. The reception staff were so welcoming and went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. Sarah and her team were exceptionally good to us. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, with the shops and excellent restaurants within a short walking distance. I didn't have breakfast, but did come "home" to the bar every evening after dinner for a cup of tea or a nightcap. The rooms were quiet and you would never know you were in a big city, and the beds were great. We had the best shower we've ever had and the thickest, softest towels we ever had. It was a pleasure to stay here and we wouldn't stay anywhere else.

This was for our 25th anniversary trip and at time of check-in Nadia and other staff member (a nice gentleman) asked what occasion brought us and I shared our anniversary. Every detail was incredible. We were surprised with a beautiful macaroon dessert delivered to us at breakfast, dinner reservations, balloons and a personalized card from the staff, rose petals on the bed and so many other kind gestures. Your staff and your beautiful hotel should be celebrated for making this an amazing stay in beautiful Paris!

Lovely hotel and welcoming staff. Service much improved from previous visit. Received the room we wanted and front desk personnel were warm, friendly and helpful. Liked the afternoon tea service. A great location.

They are fanatically friendly and helpful at this lovely little hotel which has been here for generations. It's a little slice of sweetness, smack bang in the middle of Saint Germain. Brilliant location for shopping, museums and food.

we came already several times, but this time the room was a desillusion, we always had much better rooms. We aked for a quiet room but we received one at the street side. We asked for another room and than it was a quiet room at the back side of the hotel, but with a very small bathroom. Let us hope the next time it will again be a room as we are used to receive.

Beautiful, quiet hotel; original works of art in each room; breakfast and afternoon tea included. Staff are very helpful and friendly, and they graciously helped me work on my French pronunciations, which I really appreciated. They also helped us with directions. The breakfast selections were very good and included fresh bakery items, fruits and berries, jams, yogurts and juices. The location is excellent. Just steps away from Ralph Lauren, Hermès, the Maison Oriza L. Legrand perfume store, and countless amazing restaurants. We have so many beautiful memories from our stay here!
