Un restaurant sans carte ni ardoise, c'est le pari fou que l'équipe de l'Arcane tient haut et fort, avec une réussite totale. Situé à deux pas de Montmartre, le lieu vous demande premièrement vos éventuelles allergies et autres vérifications d'usage, puis le service commence, orchestré avec minutie et une bonne dose de mystère. Finalement, lorsque les plats se couchent sur la table, la surprise est délicieuse. La créativité du chef quant aux saveurs et à la présentation est excellente. De l'amuse-bouche au dessert, la cuisine brille par sa gourmandise et son élégance. Vous pouvez (ou non) choisir l'accord mets-vins. Les tarifs sont relativement élevés, mais largement justifiés.

Everything other reviewers have said is 100% true. The tasting menus are superb, blow your mind presentations and the wine pairings are indescribably delicious. On top of that, the service is impeccable.
We recently returned to Paris with friends and were excited to eat here again, but unfortunately our schedule didn't allow it. I was sad not be be able to go back. I will return to Paris and I will eat here again- in fact I would return to Paris just to experience L'Arcane again.
July 2023: Lovely terrace dinner, memorable culinary experience from the first to the last bite (and sip ????) everything was delicious, ingredients of the season, flavors from all around the globe. We were completely seduced at the end with the 2 desserts. The unbelievably fresh fragrance from the panna cotta bowl. The surprisingly good combination of peach, verbena and black tea. Summer touched you in all the senses.
Professional and friendly service. Such a gem !
