Hôtel pour y passer une ou deux nuits max
Le propriétaire est là présent et très aimable
Il a le soucis des clients
C'est un point très positif
Je pense que il faudrait juste prévenir les gens qu'il n'y a pas d'ascenseur
Personnellement porter sur 3 étages une valise de 23 kg n'est pas du tout un obstacle mais une personne ayant peu de dimension physique n'y arrivera qu'après moult efforts
L'escalier est très petit
Je le recommande pour un très court séjour grâce à cette relation de proximité

Un bon hôtel avec un rapport qualité prix honorable. Les plus : proximité du métro et le petit déjeuner

Older place, great value, good service, close to the metro. When traveling on a budget this is a great choice. If you want the Ritz, you have to pay those prices. For what this is billed as, it's perfect.

L’albergatore, quando abbiamo fatto notare che la stanza era piena di polvere
Ci ha risposto che l’unica soluzione era quella di andare via.
Invece di accettare quello che voleva essere un consiglio. Bastava chiedere alla donna delle pulizie di sistemare meglio il giorno seguente. La mattina quando siamo usciti dall’hotel ci ha atteso all’entrata per invitarci ad andare via quindi abbiamo pagato la notte che abbiamo dormito e siamo andati via , trovando in un hotel vicino, gentilezza e cortesie. Le camere sono decenti
Pulite e semplici esattamente ciò che cercavamo .
Assolutamente da evitare come la peste

Très bon hotel familial bien situé au calme.Excellent accueil et très à l'écoute de nos demandes Merci Nous reviendrons lors d'un prochain séjour

The hotel is old, but pretty, neat, but not clean enough. Has the pretty patio, but great audibility from the neighbors, good and regulated water, but no airconditioning. And no wardrobe / shelves / clothes hooks.. The hotelier was kind to make late night check-in for me. But when I discovered that bed sheets were dirty (not even my fault) and asked to change, they didn't do this..

Super, j'ai pris la chambre solo éco, rien à redire.
Par contre, j'ai été réveillée à 4h du mat' par des voisins en pleine "action" : pensez aux autres et faites vos petites affaires discrètement, merci !

Un hôtel simple convivial. Le petit déjeuner est parfait. Les propriétaires sont agréables et de bon conseil pour visiter Paris.

1. Ulækkert badeværelse med en lugt af blanding imellem sved og kattetis, derudover var der brune pletter på håndklæderne og de blev ikke skiftet under nogle af dagene.
2. Ulækkert sengetøj med noget som lignede sædpletter på puden
3. Utrolig hård seng og meget larm udvendigt og indvendigt, hvilket gjorde det utrolig svært at sove under opholdet.
4. Vi havde ikke tilladelse til at medbringe nøglen fra hotellet når vi skulle på tur, hvilket virkede underligt.
Summa sumarum er at jeg bestemt ikke kan anbefale dette hotel, og derfor rekommandere at man finder et andet hotel hvis, at man vil nyde sit ophold i paris og have en god søvn.

I booked a room at their hotel and tried to cancel it. Their policy allows free cancellations up to 3 days before the arrival. Despite numerous emails and direct messages on Google, I've received no response. I initially waited because they were closed in late August. Now that they're open, the silence is disappointing.
If there's an issue with their email, I'm open to removing this comment.

I've noticed that you are really great at answering claims here in a prominent way, especially about my Ukrainian mentality, which is at least honest. Still I was not born today, and I definetely understood what you told me and read the conditions. And I definitely checked my card balance many times, including today, and could send a bank statement to show you that 200 euros of pre-authorisation haven't been released, although almost 2 months have passed after booking and more than a month after staying. Please help me to find the cause of this incident and get the money back. Waiting for your further instructions please! Thank you for cooperation on resolving the issue! Le patron vraiment chaleureux, très bon accueil, chambre très propre et bien arrangé. Déco aux allures arriéré mais tout ce qui es ancien est positif.Emplacement dans une rue calme. Prix très attractif pour un hôtel situé dans la capitale.Super, au plaisir de revenir.

If you are reading this, please do not reserve this hotel otherwise you risk a big disappoinment. Here is why:
I had a reservation for one night and wrote send the Landlord a message indicating that I would arrive late because my flight was cancelled and I had to book another flight the same day that would arrive later as planed. The landlord indicated that it would be "complicated" if I arrived after 23h and didnt offer any solution.
Upon my arrival at the hotel at 1 am the landlord never opened the door or answered the phone even tough he knew I would arrive late. So I had to search to another hotel an spend the night there. Afterwards he still charged my credit card the complete night that I never spent in the hotel...
This only shows that the Landlord has no regard whatsoever for his customers

Gentilezza da parte dei gestori ma, se non fosse per la posizione, non avrei altro di carino da dire. Le camere piccole, forse troppo per essere una "doppia" e il bagno minuscolo con la porta che non si chiude perchè la maniglia è rotta. Un po' di manutenzione farebbe solo bene.

We had a really good stay here. A great location and comfortable enough room for the price. Really close to the metro. The breakfast was great as well. Great service also. Close to restaurants, cafes and a grocery store. In a less touristy spot so we managed to go to some nice local restaurants. Would definitely stay again if we return to Paris.
