We really enjoyed our stay at Marriott Executive Apartments, Dubai Creek.
All of the hotel's staff are a great example of excellent customer service.
From reception, security staff, house keeping, bell boy, everyone played their best part for a comfortable stay for us.
The hotel is located within the centre of Dubai, in a very calm place. There are a number of restaurants and coffee shops nearby.
No doubt, we felt like a 'home away from home'.
Thanks to all staff members who made our stay comfortable, we wish to see you again in the near future ????.

We had a wonderful time overall at the Marriott Executive Suites Dubai Creek. The staff was amazing , very courteous and helpful. The service staff was equally wonderful, from getting anything we requested within a few minutes to impeccable cleaning and servicing, every thing was great. Thanks to all the staff that helped us with a wonderful stay: Analisa, Romario, Ahsan, Vatun, Samiksha and Niran a special thanks to you.
The only improvement I would suggest is perhaps better guidance around directions to the hotel. We were driving and took the wrong turn so many times using Google maps. We were circling the area for an hour+. Then again this is perhaps a Google maps improvement request.

Awesome experience.. the rooms the service the treatment the staff give u is just so homely .. the staff at the restaurant treats u like u r at home .. u r free to order anything which is not in buffet .. they r so kind so sweet .. we r over joyed with the experience.. the ask u again n again at the table for anything we need .. would highly recommend everyone to stay here .. infact have already recommended to my brothers who r planning to visit in few months ..

One of the old hotels in Dubai but we'll maintained. Customer service was superb, specially at the breakfast place. Had premium items at the breakfast buffet. Would definitely stay again.

Very good apartment rooms are quite big and breakfast was so good especially hospitality from Mr. Vinesh and Prabhu was excellent also the pool was amazing.

Fantastic hotel apts. Good service, laundry, gym and amenities close by. I only wish it were closer to the metro.

I can't say enough good about the entire team here. From the minute I arrived, they have all, without exception been fantastic. The front desk has been super helpful since check in. I kept extending my stay a few days at a time, and each time it was seemless. The security guard is always there to open the door and help me with any luggage, the cab, and the elevator (I'm on crutches at the moment.) The servers and cooks do everything they can to make breakfast a pleasant and delicious experience. They insist on helping me because of my injury, but I see them greeting everyone with a smile and offering everyone excellent service. Room service is fast and high quality. The housekeeping staff is super friendly and in and out in no time leaving everything perfect, even helping with dishes. The pool staff has greeted me with a smile and a fresh towel always helping with the door and chair.
While I have appreciated the extra attention, I don't think they are all doing it because of this. They are just all really good doing jobs they seem to enjoy, and I see them provide excellent customer service to all the customers. Kudos to everyone!
The apartment is huge and exactly what I needed at a fantastic price.
If you want a kitchen and a homey feeling, you cannot go wrong, plus being close to the airport and a good mall is super convenient.
While I have appreciated the extra attention, I don't think they are all doing it because of this. They are just all really good doing jobs they seem to enjoy, and I see them provide excellent customer service to all the customers. Kudos to everyone!

Front desk (reception) was the worst for me in Dubai. Concierge was incredible. Apartments are clean & cozy.
Reception needs evaluation by the manager. I wouldn’t stay there again because of their attitude.

غريب انهم لا يولون اهتمام للعميل و يصرون على الخروج من الغرفة الساعة ١٢ مع انه يوم جمعه وفي بلد اسلامي ومعك عائلة والصلاة تبدا الساعة ١ ظهرا لكنه يصر على خروجك ولا يهتم ان تفوتك الصلاة او يبقى اولادك في الشارع ! اخبرتهم انه في فنادق اخرى يوجد شيء اسمه ( late chik out ) يراعى في وقت الصلاة ، شيء مؤسف لا حول ولا قوة الا بالله

I enjoyed every single day. Since I like to sleep a comfortable bed is what I go for so in Marriott Executive Apartment I liked their bed a lot since I was on vacation I had many things to do during the day but at night on my bed every stress and tiredness disappeared and they have amazing staff

Additionally, the rooms are generously sized and impeccably maintained, with all amenities in perfect working order. One thing I noticed about the room is that they have chosen to use multiple floor lamps instead of built-in ceiling lamps (from my perspective). Furthermore, the hallways are kept tidy, and there is plenty of parking available in the basement.
Lastly, let's talk about the staff. The check-in process was straightforward, and the person at the reception desk did an excellent job of ensuring a smooth experience. Additionally, there are security personnel stationed at the reception area to ensure that only authorized individuals are granted access to the building. For deliveries, security will contact the room to verify and grant access to the delivery person.
In general, I had a positive experience during my time at this property.
