Continuing more than a decade of culinary innovation, the TOPAZ menu is a constantly evolving testament to delivering authentic French food, without neglecting the restaurant’s Southeast Asian setting.
March 2011 marks the debut of our new À La Carte menu, and we are also offering special menus for groups willing to go on a true culinary adventure with Chef Spheak Pov and Executive Chef Alain.
Amongst the list of exclusive,
tantalizing TOPAZ specialties, some new hits for the fall 2011 such as Beef and vegetable consommé with duck liver and fresh truffles, Tuna tartare mixed with wasabi and jasmine rice , Lobster ravioli in Kampot green peppercorn, Roasted scallops with caviar, and always our great classic meats U.S. Prime marbled rib of beef, Tournedos Rossini, Porterhouse.
And for the sweetness, we didn't forget to add some new desserts too:
Homemade sherbets and ice creams, Chocolate profiteroles, Pancakes flamed with Grand-Marnier, Molten chocolate cake.
